I don’t recommend sleeping. I just don’t. Just because you have rented a river house. You’ve piled 8 guys, enough liquor to supply Serbia, and the untold vices of three nations into that house, doesn’t mean you need to sleep.
Just because, in that insomniac haze, you decided to strap on your boots and walk down a narrow two lane road. Doesn’t mean you’ll find a place to eat, drink, and quite possibly get into an altercation with a motorcycle club.
Yet, when you do, I hope you find it here. Eat a delicious hot dog, drink too much beer, throw a horseshoe onto someone’s table, get in a screaming match with a biker, and tell them that their old lady looks like a homeless man. I’m sure you will sleep much better that night.

Great food, w a good variety, full bar, & live music! Fantastic place to hang out at the river. Great for kids too bc there’s a big vollyball area & horse shoes area for them to play.

Great place friendly staff and people. Beach volleyball, good music, good food on the menu, and r.v. campsites all within feet from the Guadalupe river. The owners and staff greet with a smile. Been coming here for years and continuously gets better. I honestly don’t know why anyone would give this place a bad review.

My favorite watering hole by far! Great service, ice cold beer, good food and plenty of TVs to catch the game. This place always has a great small town atmosphere. Owners Bob and Kim personally greet everyone who steps in. Burgers are thick and juicy & pizza is top-​notch made from scratch. Definitely a jewel on river road!

Super close to the Tiki rental houses. Close access and cheap tube rentals/​shuttles. Would definitely come back! Love the people and how friendly everyone is!

I’ve been to this bar/​restaurant multiple times (including this past weekend) and am at a loss of words for how to describe how fun, laid back, easy going and overall GREAT it is. While I’ve never experienced camping there, I can personally attest to how wonderful everything else is.
Atmosphere — super fun! They’ve got a large bar, tables, volleyball net, horseshoes, washers, and live music on the weekends. You’ll feel comfortable whether you’re in a bikini, dress and boots or motorcycle attire.
Drinks — basically beer/​fruity beers only but they’ve got a large selection, great prices, and some sort of specially made apple pie shot you can get as well that is realllllllly good.
Service — always wonderful, always. The staff works their butt off, they’re easy to joke around with, and I can promise you they’ll take good care of you whether it is 9am or 9pm.
Food — SO GOOD! I couldn’t be happier they opened a restaurant. The queso rocks, burgers taste charred and fresh. I keep wanting to try the sandwich called «The Morning Medicine» but haven’t made it over there early enough.
Parking — they’ve got a large lot, you shouldn’t have a problem finding a spot.
Bathrooms — always very clean, everything has worked fine everyime I’ve been.
Overall — if you’re in the area make this one of your stops! You won’t be disappointed!

This place is a complete joke, we where there visiting friends who had a campsite we arrived at 9 am spent the entire day, payed entirely to much money for there old nasty tubes, bought and payed for breakfast, lunch and drinks. There bathrooms did not work, the place smelt and its so rocking you must wear shoes. About 9 pm the bar was getting full of people most of which where not wearing wristbands, that’s when the so called owner walked up and sayed to me where’s your wrist band, i say i dont know what your talking about i was never told in the 12 hours i was there about a wrist band. He says you must pay $ 15 ea to be here. Now why would i pay that so i can have no restroom and also have to pay for drinks and food. He then kicked me out. So i went a mile down the road had a blast and not have to pay a $ 15 cover. Lastly you can find great places on the river THIS IS NOT ONE OF THEM. Hopefully this saves you from a headache.

Pretty cool place. The bartender named Chris gave us phenomenal service, and I will definitely be back anytime I’m in the area.

Absolutely worst place I have ever been. Staff was so disrespectful. I am the easiest person to please, I can’t put into words how bad our groups experience was… Owner has no idea what he’s doing! Fucking horrible experience!!!
