I took it in for an oil change and asked them to check grinding noise coming out of front driver side wheel. They called me and said I need lower ball joint replaced, with alignment it will be 430-​ish. Everything else checked out fine. I refuse repair. Week later they called me saying they have special promo for one day; $ 100 off labor. My noise getting worse every day but when I step on brake it was not as bad. Following weekend I jack the car up, removed tire, checked brakes, and inside pad is almost all gone, metal wearing «sensor» peace was touching rotor. I replaced front brake pads in ½ hour and noise is all gone. I don’t know how they come up with bad ball. Will not go back.

Bad jujuj here. Not worth the time, money or effort. Mechanics are lousy. There are so many other places that you can go to that have skilled mechanics.

Really disappointing service here. Took the car in for an oil change and to have the suspension looked at because tires were wearing oddly and assumed it needed an alignment. I walked out with an overpriced oil change and an estimate for repairs that were later found to be unnecessary. For the oil change, they were adamant that it needed synthetic oil «per the computer» and made me sign a waiver in order to use regular oil. Instead of doing an alignment, they offered up a $ 800 estimate for new struts. I took the car to two more shops and neither thought they were necessary.
