They should probably train their employees to know what a NYS license looks like. Walked in looking to buy some juices and maybe even a new vape but was turned away because the employee said it looked like a fake id. I’m 25, I could have walked across the street and bought a case of beer no problem. Also when I walked in there were no employees to be seen, once he finally came out, no greeting, all I got was «you have id». Once he said he thought it was fake, he walked right back in to the back room. Great customer service. I live down the block, but I for sure will travel the extra distance to one of the many other vape shops in the area.

i usually order vapor fi online, finally has a store in smith town! drove all the way from queens, besides walking in and seeing a beautiful woman behind the counter !! im a man after all, she was able to blend mix create any flavor or flavors you wanted. the quality and taste are amazing! no mount baker etcc, i have tried so many juices and this is among the 3 best and so worth the trip. coffee amazing custard amazing, she could create any flavor u want with high quality ingredients, just got back vaping my coffee wow… i dont bullshit and would not make you go out their for nothing, been vaping for a few years trust me, dosent taste like pre made in factory bs, ive ordered vapor fi online and always loved it, robert z

Amazing! If you are looking to quit smoking or want a better alternative this is the place for you! Francine, John and the crew are the best of the best! I always feel so welcomed when we walk in, they never have an issue helping us with everything from finding the perfect flavor to answering every question we have! The store is always clean and the staffs product knowledge is unmatched!!! I can proudly say I have been smoke free for over a month because of Vaporfi and the amazing staff! I would give them 10 stars if I could!!! Definitely go check them out :)
