I’ve been coming here for around 20 years for a reason — they do a nice job. I typically have both regular haircut and beard trim to take care of, and they are always professional, efficient, and friendly.
My four sons all got haircuts here growing up and the staff was always great with the kids.
I imagine I’ll be coming here for another 20 years…

Im a saturday morning customer 1x per month. The line moves quick, and I have always had a pretty good cut there. I see a lot of dad’s bringing in their young kids and the staff has good patience and tricks to get the kids focused and still

Great place! I just started coming here a few months ago and my experience has been great. The entire staff is friendly and easy to talk to and they always do a good job. My only regret is not coming here sooner, I will continue coming in for as long as I live in the area and I recommend Anthonys to anyone looking for a good fade.

My first cut at Anthony’s was perfect. I got an exceptional cut from Edwin. Very professional and a great value. I can attest that Edwin is a master barber with decades of experience; he comes off as a true artist who has a passion for his work of which is as skilled as it gets. I was so satisfied with the quality of my cut (at such great value) that I felt it was necessary to give credit when deserved.

My experience at Anthony’s was exceptional. Mia was my stylist today. She is a consummate professional. Her demeanor is calm and laid back. I enjoyed a quick buzz and a shaved neck with straight edge & hot shaving crème. It was Devine.
The barber shop itself is total old-​school. Exactly what I was looking for. As it was a Saturday afternoon, the shop was bustling with various customers, old to very young. Anthony’s is definitely kid friendly. The shop has 4 barber chairs.
There is free parking across the street in the municipal lot and you’re walking distance to many other local shops.
Regarding the negative reviews… If I were you, I would disregard them and give Anthony’s a shot. I think you’ll be happy you did.

HORRIFIC customer service. Had been going to this place regularly for the past 4 months. Got out of work and hauled it from MGH to arrive at the front door at 4:48. Guy looked at me and told me that I was out of luck. I pointed at my cell phone and explained I had just raced over from work and he laughed. If this is how they treat a returning customer, I would recommend that any readers looking for a new barber look somewhere else. NEVER going back.

Excellent service! This is the definition of an old-​fashioned barber shop. The guys here are really nice, experienced, and spend a lot of time to make sure your hair looks exactly the way you like it. They also offer great styling advice and make good suggestions if you don’t know exactly what you want your hair to look like. Haircuts are $ 15, and they accept only cash or personal check.
