A wonderful wine bar in Navarre. Drink wine there or take a few bottles home. A place where the great service is only overshadowed by the impressive hand picked selection of wines from around the world. I wish I could give 10 stars.

Yay!!! A wine bar in Navarre! Amazing staff, fantastic wine and beer selection, plus fun weekly flights, great wine-bar-type food, live chill music most weekends. We always have a great experience here.

There are a handful of situations in life when it’s perfectly okay to drive more than 30 minutes to meet a guy off Tinder. The only real wine bar for miles around? He has to drive even longer to get there? So there I was on two separate occasions, both times with guys who are almost a decade younger(that’s right bitches, am a puma in training… licking paws**). The first one didn’t know jack shit about wine. He admitted the closest he’s come to wine drinking was guzzling a Yellow Tail once(okay so maybe younger guys aren’t always more fun). I had just returned from Argentina on a wine binge in Mendoza and Cafayete. I also am usually a drunk somewhere in the vineyards of California. So I knew a bit about wine. What was really unattractive was he didn’t seem interested in learning. If anything he appeared intimidated by my explanations of how to taste wine. And he went to PENN??? Fucking sports scholarships. Against all reason, he ordered a BEER. Yes it happened. And actively commented on how he wants to bang the server. While I want to bang people I see all the time, I do refrain from stating that to my tinder dates. Needless to say, I went home with him and had a great night! JK. I went to his city and partied at a spot he recommended(Seville) and told him he couldn’t join me. The next go turned out better. He showed up in a bow tie as requested. Winning! We got to know each other over some wine and a cheese plate(which I didn’t touch) and no desires of banging the server was voiced. A gentleman! Check! The hot server remembered me! Which was odd since it’s been four months and kind of awkward. I hope she didn’t peg me for some tinder cougar cub binger. Now, about the wine bar. It’s a small cozy little spot with a bar area and some high tables around. They have wine tastings, around $ 10 to $ 15 for a sample of three whites or three reds. Kind of pricey, and the pours are not generous. You can, of course, get wine by the glass and they have some food. I tried the tomato and mozzarella. It was okay but this is not a restaurant so I’d stick to the wine. Now if you’re a Yellow Tail guzzler this is probably not the place for you. The server is a pleasant, attractive young lady but tread carefully if you’re with lady company. Bow ties always welcome. Am glad that Navarre has someplace to go to aside from Juana’s and the Cactus Flower. This might be the only place in Navarre serving not just wine, but a touch of class.

A great selection of wine, available by the glass or bottle. Employees are always friendly and willing to help make suggestions. If your thirst is leaning more towards beer, they carry between 10 – 15 different bottled beers.

The vine is an upscale wine shop with a wonderful small-plates menu. The wine selections are reasonably priced and quite diverse. The owners and staff are accommodating and knowledgeable. They have a small bar area and several high-top tables where you can enjoy the company of your friends. I have never seen any customers treated with anything other than regard and respect regardless of the beverage being consumed. I love The Vine!

First place I stopped arriving from out of town. Nice wine selection, great appetizers, friendly staff and good music. Would come back again.
