Can I just say this subway is my favorite one in town. The employees are always friendly, polite, & welcoming. My sandwich is always made right and all the toppings I want are always available.

I love this subway. They do not skimp on the toppings and the bread is always fresh. The minute I walk in the worker almost immediately knows what I want. Extra olives piled high, yum yum yum! Only complaint I have with this subway is their cookies are rarely soft and sometimes are stale.

There is an employee here who deserves a shout out. I forget his name but he wears glasses and I believe his brother works there as well. Every time, the sandwich is made perfectly, always get napkins, asks if I want a drink etc. I’ve personally seen him deal with a nasty customer with a calm professional attitude.
These small things matter because dealing with fast food employees is usually an unpleasant experience.
