I’m at the restaurant right now. It took 30 mins to get my beer and the place is empty on a Sunday. I placed my order asking for no onions and they bring out my food and there are onions on my food. I sent it back to get a new Chicken sandwich and she brings back my sandwich with the onions removed. I could of done that myself. Highly disappointed in the staff at this location. It is sad that I couldn’t even enjoy a meal with my father here. I will make sure all of my friends and family not go to this location. In addition, went to pay and gave her the card and she didn’t return the card with the receipt and no pen and looks like she didn’t even swipe it. Need I say more… I wish everybody better luck!

This place is a piece of junk. Came here to celebrate a birthday and ended up with a long wait, cold steaks, mashed potatoes, wrong drinks, and wrong orders. On top of that, when we requested the waitress to warm up the sirloin she had the nerve to explain to us the difference of a sirloin and ribeye. I’m not a butcher, but I know different cuts that are served at a damn steakhouse. What got me ticked off the most is how the manager handled the situation, his explanation about having the food cold was that Monster Jam was in town. I understand that Monster Jam was in town, but how is that a valid reason for food to be cold? I would never ever return to this shithole. The worst part is, I’m not even from town!

I went here tonight and service was awful. Amanda helped us her whole attitude was terrible. It seemed like she was having a bad day and taking it out on her current tables. She also was very preoccupied talking to the bartender instead of serving her tables. Our drinks were constantly empty. We asked for more bread and never got it. She disappeared for half an hour. My friend had black hair on her plate. Salads came after our Meal. We didn’t get silver wear. Let’s just say If you want steak I would go to the Buckhorn in Winters.

Good drinks, a little over priced. But I’ll go again, order a salad and a beer. Not a full meal.

Not a big fan of this place. The only thing I like here is their bread and butter. Everything else is ok.

Came here for dinner with a friend. She was craving their yeast rolls. Didn’t really want steak, so i ordered their spicy chipotle chicken wings. It was not spicy at all. Just sweet. The rolls was hot and fresh out of the oven. It was so delicious with the butter. Overall just average.

I went here not to long ago. It was horrible. Bad service when there was barely anyone there. Mash potatoes and macaroni were cold, and ribeye steak was rubbery and no flavor. Boyfriend had the spicy chicken sandwich. No flavor just pepper and cold. Never coming back. Wish I can give it zero or negative stars and get my money back!

We really want to like this place but every time we try it, we’re disappointed. The menu always looks appetizing and we’re always excited to give it another shot but it never delivers. Orders usually end up wrong in one way or another and the food is never as good as other roadhouses

Went to celebrate my birthday. Food was good. I ordered the pot roast. It was not exactly as described but it was good. Portion was enough for dinner with no leftovers. My friend had the pork chops with mashed potatoes. She had food leftover for lunch. The bread was good. The downfall was that the waitress did not check on us but once. We did not not get our drinks refilled. The bathrooms were NASTY– smelly, dirty and door didn’t close because the latch was broken. Had I gone there first I would have walked out. After the bathroom experience, we didn’t have dessert.

The service is really good and you get really good food I don’t know why the reviews are not better this is a solid 3.5 star restaurant and is a great alternative to Outback Steakhouse…

Food was alright. Pretty decent. A little sloppy and dirty(food was dripping off the plate etc). Service on the other hand was great. Server named Sabrina was really attentive. She was serving almost all the tables and she clearly had so much on her plate but she was so wonderful.

It’s been a while since I have eaten at a Logan’s Roadhouse, and have never had any complaints about their food. But on this day, Joe K and I were not hungry, but thirsty instead. We happened to be shopping in the nearby strip mall and decided to stop in for a drink. This was my first time at this location, and noticed that the décor was pretty similar to other Roadhouses I’ve been to. A nice colorful bar, lounge with booths and the dining area at the other end of the building. Flat screen TV’s were positioned for bar patrons to enjoy. The atmosphere was pleasant and clean. Thomas our bartender was cordial and polite as he took our drink orders and helped me with my cocktail selection. I always like to order a specialty cocktail on the sweeter side whenever they are available. I finally decided on the Malibu Breeze while Joe ordered a Sierra Nevada on tap. My drink was very good as it combined a fruity, yet tropical flavor with a minimal taste of alcohol. A delicious tasting drink that satisfies my thirst and at the same time calms my nerves. We had a nice and relaxing break during our Christmas shopping afternoon and it even reminded me of the days in my past when Joe and I would make plans to eat at our local Roadhouse for drinks and appetizers. Now I’m feeling motivated to suggest more future visits like this again!

Just finished up lunch with wife b kids. Service was great. We misread the Thursday special«FAMILYGAMENIGHT» which starts at 4pm. And«GANENIGHT» starts at 2. But the manager still took care of us. Comped our kids meals for the discount price, as well as give us early raffle tickets for a kids bike. We offered to pay reg price but he still took care of us. Overall a great place to eat… but now we will be visiting game night when we can.

This was my second time here in over 5 years. We came at 1:20 on a Sunday. The place was pretty empty. I thought we were have faster service but the service was extremely slow. Our server was nice but It took awhile to get water, then to get bread and refills on my soda. The food was okay, my steak was alittle tough. But the ribs were good and fall off the bones. Probably won’t be back awhile.

Huge disappointment! There is a reason this place is half empty on Saturday @ 6pm. In town for a special occasion and tried this place. Food was poor, service was poor and manager had very bad attitude when he came charging to our table. A special evening was ruined. I truly do not know how they could get so many things wrong in one visit.

I thought the place was closed when I pulled into the parking lot. One o’clock on a Monday. Did we miss the lunch crowd? Or am I just missing something here… My first impression was not good. It felt like I walked into a divey sports bar(think Fannie Ann’s Saloon) rather than a steakhouse. It was dingy and quiet with about 5 other customers. I know it’s a place where you are encouraged to throw your peanut shells on the floor but everything else should still be clean. The window sill and blinds were covered in dust/dirt, a fly was buzzing around, the table seemed sticky and dirty, and the vinyl seats were old and torn. The worst though was the women’s restroom. If I had used the restroom before we ordered our food, I would not have stayed. It was filthy and smelled worse than any public park restroom! I doubt it had been cleaned since the night before. The 2 servers were the only saving grace. The guy behind the bar welcomed us when we walked in and showed us to our booth. Our server Jen was really sweet and attentive. She came around and checked on us at just the right times. I ordered a mushroom Swiss burger($ 11), medium– well, with fries. Burger was nothing great(an In N Out double double would’ve been more satisfying), and I took off most of the torn pieces of bib lettuce(like it was used for salad) because they were wilted. My boyfriend had the lunch sirloin($ 10), medium-well that came with a baked potato. The steak was an unflavored piece of dry, overcooked meat(our dogs ended up enjoying the leftover). The potato was good but they do not offer chives with it. The best part of the meal was his strong and sweet mai tai. Pretty sad for a $ 30 lunch. It’s funny, I had a hard time finding Logan’s(not using my GPS). I kept turning into other restaurants/businesses before I got to the end of the street and finally saw it on the right. That really should’ve been my first clue. I didn’t miss a thing!

Dropped in on a Thursday night around 645PM. The restaurant was actually relatively empty, considering it was a Thursday and there was a concert in the area. Finally got seated around 710, despite the lack of patrons. Ordered two beers that took 10 mins to be delivered and finally placed our food orders upon their arrival. In the end, we waited for over an hour, waved our sever down to inquire, only to have her respond, «the kitchen is running behind since Ariana Grande is in town.» Does that mean Ariana Grande ate our steaks? Did they get caught up delivering food to backstage pass holders? Was there a shortage of beef due to Ms. Grande’s impending arrival? I’m seriously confused here. Needless to say, we asked for our bill and won’t be returning anytime soon.

Yummy!!! Buttermilk fried chicken over mashed potatoes with white pepper gravy was delicious! Also their popcorn shrimp and lemon pepper shrimp was hella good. I also tried their ribs, very meaty and tender. I also liked the butter rolls they bring out to you as appetizer. Buttery, warm and soft! I would definitely come back! Good service too!

Okay Dined here on a weekend. It was a last minute choice when we saw that a deal was offered in Groupon. It wasn’t my first time to eat here but can’t seem to get used to their signature peanut shells all over the floor. For first timers, there are bags of peanuts on each table and you can choose to eat these while waiting for the server to bring your meal, the shells get thrown away on the floor. Oh well… We were seated as soon as we walked in. Our server was as nice as can be but not very attentive to our our table. I had the 12-oz rib eye specificially cooked to medium well but I was served a steak that’s still red. Had it returned and requested to be cooked some more and the shift manager brought my steak out to me personally. It was better and cooked to my liking BUT I got so full from the peanuts and the warm bread and the salad while waiting that I couldn’t finish it. Our server must’ve been too busy because the water didn’t come too often for refills. It took a long time to get our check and when we looked it over and gave her our credit card it took a long time to get our card back as well. Seemed like a lot of waiting… wish we had the server that was tending to the table across us instead.

Dear Logan’s, I am writing this update for two reasons: 1. Our server, Christina, was just as awesome as awesome could be. I wanted to SPECIFICALLY call her out so y’all give her a well-deserved pat on the back! 2. Make sure to keep having those coopins in the Natomas ad/coopin book that arrives to me conveniently in the mailbox. You keep printin’ ‘em, we’ll keep comin’, because we’ve decided that coming by your place for a couple of HUGE tasty salads with accompanying hot, buttery rolls is great. Plus, we like to keep our money in Natomas as much as possible. That is all… for now :)
