They lied, point blank if you enter in to a contract with this store make sure whatever they say to you is on the contract, and then they may still not honor it. I shipped a package on 3÷16÷2016 that was to arrive over night air freight by 3:00 p.m. at the latest. The package had perishable goods that I had frozen and calculated to that time of delivery. The package arrived at 6:38 p.m. not as told me by 3;00 p.m. By the way, I had also told the salesperson to insure the package for $ 500.00, but I neglected to check and see if they had done so. So I’ll chalk up the cost of the merchandise to trusting their accuracy and being naïve. I was told since it wasn’t delivered in time I would receive a full refund of $ 70.48. And the person I spoke to said I should get in the mail. Surprise after the 8 business day time frame, I didn’t receive it. I called the store and was told that as long as they deliver the merchandise before 7:00 pm on the 17th they had forfilled their part of the contract. Which was not true, that was never stated to me in the store, when they guaranteed a delivery time of: by 3:00 p.m. In essence I should at least have received a refund of my $ 70.48. I will be very careful if I ever chose to use this UPS Satellite, Franchise store at the National Harbor again. Right now, I do not recommend patronizing this business, unless they live up to what they say.

Came in for the fax and notary service. Lady working in the afternoon was just great. Very friendly. She had quite a few customers come in and knew everyone by names D everyone knew her. She multi tasked and had everyone in and out quickly. We are from Montana and are used a hometown feel. We definitely felt home in this big city. Thank you!

Love this UPS! It has the friendliest staff that I’ve encountered in a mail facility. They are very dog friendly and always have treats for my dog when we walk by. I’ve used them a handful of times when mailing out packages and they’ve always arrived to their destinations on time.

The best store in National Harbor, bar none. Instead of paying Delta $$$ to check my poster after a conference, I simply walked down from the Gaylord, and shipped it home for $ 11. It is a family operation, and very friendly. The poster arrived in 1 piece, not that it matters. Woohoo.

These guys were great. The relatives brought some unexpected holiday treats that don’t travel well in suitcases so we decided to ship them home. This place is a short walk from the hotel and the employee working was very helpful. He had everything bubble wrapped and packaged in no time. Very useful in this area.
