I work for a property management company with over 120 apartments. I come to these guys for all our screen and window needs. They have tons of plumbing and window parts and supplies. They’ve been here for over 40 years and treat me like a friend. Gary will help you out with any questions and he has a ton of ideas on how to fix any problem you bring him. I highly recommend this place for everything. Their prices are better than anywhere I’ve been able to find and the friendliness is a huge bonus.

I live at an apartment complex with a very anal leasing office. As my lease ended and I prepared to move out, the inspectors noticed a crack on my window and warned me that the leasing office would charge a minimum of $ 150-​$ 170 for the old single-​paned window. Sounded pretty ridiculous, so I found this place and called for an estimate. The guy who helped me asked me detailed questions about the type of window, and quoted me $ 76 after suggesting I bring the window pane myself to save money. (Brownie points!!)
I went a couple of days later and a guy named Roger took a look at the window and figured out the price to be $ 79. I was VERY pleased that the estimate was so close, as I feel like plenty of places love to give lower estimates and then use a ton of bullshit excuses to charge more when you’re actually there in person. Another plus is that he actually told me the reason for the crack — that the wheels on the bottom of the frame were old and got jammed in, which could cause the glass to crack yet again if left unfixed. Normally I would’ve taken his advice to replace the wheels — but again, this is for the apartment I am leaving so I gave him my reason. Throughout the whole process, he was polite and professional.
He said he’d gimme a call once the window was ready for pick-​up. Same day that afternoon around 3PM, sure enough he called and when I went to pick it up it looked good as new!

Brand new security door installed for $ 500. Great price, great service. Installer even caulked the seams, and he left the work area cleaner than he found it. On time, fast, and professional.
