Exactly like eating at grandmas house. Everyone was eating menudo except for me and my man. I had huevos a la Mexicana and they were so delicious. Fresh veggies and egg perfectly scrambled — yummm– the beans and rice were great. My husband had the machaca and said it was great, I need to go back for menudo. The only two people running the place on a busy Sunday morning were an elderly man and his wife — and they were hustling. So go, bring cash, and be patient. The food and prices are worth it.

The Birria is ridiculously good, however everything else was either bland or needed a bit of finesse when they prep. We sat 22 people for my dad’s bday and everyone agreed that other than the Birria everything was sub-​par. Prices are fair and once again the Birria is awesome for a hangover or just a Sunday pick me up. I gave them 2 stars, but the Birria was a 5 Star dish.
