The the savor in my mouth after deliciously tasting a Taco de Camaron (shrimp taco), Taco de pescado (fish taco) & of course a Gobernador Taco with each it’s individual secret sauce marinated to preciseness was gourmet Mex-​seafood with authenticity of homemade richness. Indubitably cooked with love. For a food truck on the go I would say «Well Done!!». My compliment’s to the Chefs. This truly is a food gem on the rise to discovery. ¡Buen Provecho!
