I’ve been to several Jersey Mikes in the last few years. My favorite sandwich has to be the Big Kahana. I ask for half the Jalapeños and double the onions. I also like the Philly Cheese Steak, and Chipotle Cheese Steak. As you can see I prefer the Hot Subs over cold. As far as cold sandwiches go the Original Italian and Jersey Shore Favorite are excellent choices. I can tell you I have never been disappointed at any Jersey Mikes I’ve visited. My first Jersey Mikes was in Jacksonville Florida. I’ve been to several in the San Diego area. I really appreciate the Loyalty program. They text and email me to inform me of sales and double point days. The points really add up on double point days. The service is always good, and price isn’t too bad when you factor in the quality. If you want a cheaper sandwich go to Subway. But if you don’t mind paying extra to enjoy a quality Sandwich Jersey Mikes is the place to go.

I’ve been curious to know what this place could offer… The staff was very friendly and nice and I liked how they all get along. I bet work is very fun, but the food was not. I ordered a number 44 and the sandwich look very tasty and appealing, it even smelled good. Three bites later, the finally realize that all I was tasting was seasonings. And I’m not talking about the red hot sauce. I’m sure people would like this type of fresh sandwiches though.

The reuben was awesome and the staff was friendly. Brownie was among the best I’ve had anywhere.

First time eating at Jersey Mike’s(been a long time coming!). I needed something healthy-ish after a workout. I have nothing bad to say. It wasn’t too busy on a Sunday evening; the service was pretty friendly and attentive. I ordered the giant sized chipotle chicken hot sandwich… boy was it good. Very good. NOREGRETSWHATSOEVER. The chicken was very tender and thin. The sub was juicy and bursting with flavor from the cheese and peppers. The only thing was the bread wasn’t heated up but the contents were warm enough to heat the bread. I shared the giant size with a friend and I kid you not when he said he could eat a whole giant size by himself.(Keep in mind the giant size is 14 – 15 inches.) The sub sizes are interesting — a mini is 5 in, regular is 7 in, and then there’s the giant. I also ordered a regular Jersey Shore’s favorite sub to go and of course had to try it Mike’s Way. It was admittedly better and fresher tasting than your typical cold cut sandwich at Subway. I liked the added flavor from the red wine vinegar and oil combo. Price points are a bit higher than Subway but the quality is definitely there. Meats and cheeses are cut fresh from the block. I will def return to try more subs!

The food here is really, really good! Too bad they have horrible service. I basically got yelled at like 2 times because they«couldn’t hear me good» and I was with my girlfriend too so I felt like a dumb ass infront of my girl. They would also get kinda mad basically because I wouldn’t know how things roll there, thinks like«mikey’s way» so if you go to eat there just be careful with how you handle your self because I got angry but I didn’t do nothing because I was with my girl.

I just love this place! I have never had a bad experience with any Jersey Mike’s. The staff has always been really nice as well. They also have a brand new menu of different chicken subs too! And don’t forget to sign up for the email list! They will send you coupons and tell you when it’s double point day! If you have never eaten here before you should do your taste bud’s a favor and Visit your local Jersey Mike’s! :)

This location is awful. I love Jersey Mikes but the sandwich I recurved from there tonight was almost inedible. I ordered the kahuna cheese steak as I usually do from JM but this one was COMPLETELY soggy. When I bit in to it the cheese was hardly melted and it felt like there was more of the jalapeños in it than there was meat. I have never had this problem at any other location… this sandwich was just so sloppily made and not very good. I would go to one of the other ones the next time I want Jersey Mikes

I love jersey mikes but not this location! My sandwich was sloppy flies everywhere! No one was friendly I didn’t hear any customers including myself get greeted when walking in! No smiles the heavy set girl preparing the sandwich was really dry worst than everyone else! I will not be back at this location I’ll stick to mission valley where they know me and what sandwich I like they have always been nice since day one! Soon as you walk in the door at mission valley location you will be greeted!

I been here two times and while I was waiting in line and looking at the menu the girl asked me if I was ready and I said no give me a minute. And then she asked me again and so I ordered and I asked her if she could put everything on my steak sub and she said we don’t recommend putting everything on it. I’m like ok? But I’m the one paying for it and going to eat it. So I said that’s ok just put it on anyways and she says how about I put a small amount I stood there and just wanted to leave. I said u can just put the same amount you do for every sub and she said its going to get soggy that’s why we don’t recommend it I said its ok just add it on I’m going to eat right now anyways. Then when she rang me up she asks me «have u ever been here before is this your first time?» I said no I been here two times and many times at the one in otay and she just smiles. I didn’t tip her either The staff is annoying. Oh and if you want to get jalapeños or banana peppers go ahead they don’t even soak ur sub :)

I just ate here while in the area. Cool little place, but that’s about it. I got the roast beef and provolone. The only thing that had flavor was the mustard. Even the pickles were bland. And for the price, there are other sub shops with more food for less money with a larger selection of veggies. 2 stars only because the place was clean and the employees seemed friendly.

I came here today at 4:30. All the employees were very welcoming, friendly, and helpful. It wasn’t busy and I was served right away. I have loved JM’s for years and I’m so happy it made its way down to the South Bay. The meat is sliced right in front of you when you order, so it doesn’t get much fresher than that. It definitely beats subway where the meat comes out of a tub where it has seemingly been sitting all day. They have both hot and cold sandwiches on the menu and tons of variety although I have never tried anything besides the original Italian –no need to because I’m hooked. The cherry pepper relish also adds a unique flavor that you can’t get anywhere else. All in all, JM’s is unique, delicious, and highly recommended.

I’ve been to quite a few JERSEYMIKE’S and have had excellent service… unfortunately, this location didn’t «Make The Grade.» First off, I realize that it was«lunch hour» and they were extremely busy, but for a sub-sandwich to take 18 minutes long after I ordered it is ridiculous. And to TOPITOFF, they screwed up my order. I love their BIGKAHUNA subs and I always ask specifically for NOJALAPENOS. Well, after I got to the park, to kick back, relax and have lunch, I noticed my BIGKAHUNA had jalapenos… LOTSOFTHEM. I know a 1STAR rating may sound ridiculous on my part, but when you consider the long wait, the uncleanliness of the restaurant(you notice these things when you wait a long time) and the screw up on my sandwich, I may never eat at this location again.

There’s a new kid on the block! Finally, there’s a Jersey Mike’s in the neighborhood! They’re known for their fresh quality sandwiches — well trained staff, and their meat & cheese are is freshly sliced by order. Pretty cool! My favorite sandwhich is the Philly Cheesesteak, Mike’s way. Love me some hot subs with melted cheese! Mmmm-Mmmmm so good!

Subway it is not; when comparing breads, Mike’s is not like the«air-loaf» that Sub-way serves… and that’s about it… the bread-and the price. After swiping to pay our $ 35.00 for two sandwiches and two drinks the automated system asks what percentage of a tip you’d like to give. Lets see… it took four-five people 15 minutes; I’ll let you know.

This location has been opened 3 wks. Glad to have them closer to home. I’ve ordered from jersey mike’s before and staff at every location are always cool, polite, and helpful. This store is no different. As i’ve said, i’ve ordered jersey mike’s although never had a sandwich for myself. This visit I ordered chicken cheesesteak(w/turkey, since they were out of chicken that night). Took this home, had a bite and man it was salty! I watched it being made and don’t recall salt being added. The sandwich was a massive salt bomb, I could not eat it :( I’d like to try again, and will be back because my husband enjoys it. I’m just a frightened! Traumatized by salt.

Jersey Mike sent me a toofer coupon. Hard to resist that kind of invitation, so my wife and I ventured to the Mile of Cars Way location. It’s one of the newer JM locations, and is located in a busy shopping complex. Just glancing around, I thought parking may be an issue at peak hours, but we found a space in front of Jersey Mike’s. The restaurant is very clean, light, and modern looking due to its recent construction following the latest restaurant trends, including 100% hard surfaces and floor-to-ceiling windows. The menu board is quite legible, and has a panoply of options, including many hot and cold subs, and five different wraps. The staff was friendly, attentive and efficient on our To-Go order. I ordered the Chipotle Cheese Steak Hot Sub(Medium, $ 6.45), and found it to be quite good, although lacking somewhat in chipotle flavor. The meat was extremely tender, but the amount of cheese seemed a bit skimpy, as did the amount of grilled onions and peppers. The bun was super fresh. The sub was not a home run. My wife, the German, predictably ordered the only sub on the menu containing sauerkraut, the Grilled Pastrami Reuben. The tender and moist meat was complemented by Swiss cheese and Thousand Island dressing. She liked it, but found the miniscule amount of sauerkraut disappointing. Again, just average. For a chain sub shop, it’s A-OK.

Very disappointed. I arrived around 1:45 and placed my order so it wasn’t that busy. They made a great looking sandwich that I did not get to eat. After the lovely young lady wrapped up my sandwich I stood in front of the cashier in training. He was about to ring up my order when his manager interrupted. The manager had chosen to assist a customer who wanted reward points for the food they just ate. They had a lengthy discussion on how the points are rewarded. After 5 minutes of this and other customers made sandwiches piling up behind me I told them that they could keep the sandwich. I get that it’s a new location. I get that people are in training. The manager should have pulled the already served customer to the side. I have a limited time for lunch and today I was so irritated with your service you can definitely say that you made a lasting impression.

Service has been top notch and I think that the Philly cheesesteak is the best cheesesteak you can get from a sandwich chain. The bread and meat quality are very good and I like that they have diet dr pepper in the fountain machine since that’s my go to drink.
