Gohlke General Contracting

I have used Klaus Gohlke on different projects, from a barbecue island installing Ipe wood planks on the face of the entire island, including a wrap-​around column; to a foundation and frame for a 1,000 square foot addition. His team and his expertise it great. Both my projects came out better than expected.

I cannot say enough good things about Gohlke General Contracting. I am a manager of a 100 unit property and within the past 3 years Klaus Gohlke and his team have fixed, repaired and upgraded over 50 projects on the property. Anything from wood repair to hanging drywall, repaving parking lots, upgrading the interior and exterior of the property. the list goes on and on. Trust me on a property this size there are so many little and big things that are always needing improvement or repair. Klaus takes the time to explain everything that is going on and why the work needs to be done. Never once have we gotren an estimate from him only to receive a larger bill at the end of the project, It is really refreshing to find a contractor that does not nickle and dime to make an extra profit. He and his staff are always proessional, nice and speak english, which is great as a non spanish speaker myself :)
