WHERE DO I BEGIN?!? I’ve loved Chuck E. Cheese’s pizza since I was a wee little one (coming to this exact same location!) and it was just crazy weird how sinking my teeth into a slice of the heavenly pepperoni pizza years later, now as an adult, brought back a rush of nostalgia … Ugh I remember that ugly looking Chuck E. Cheese costume from the 80’s puwahahaha! Hey hey but the 90s Chuck E. Cheese was a little more friendly looking (google it if you don’t believe me!), omg but the present Chuck E. Cheese is so skinny! He obviously sticks to the salad and does not eat his own delicious pizza: P
Anyway, come here on a weekday here with your kids! It’s less busy and there are plenty of unoccupied games! The pizza (and whatever else you’d order) comes out quick and you can tell that it’s all freshly made. There were a lot of workers when we came with my godson on a random Thursday and that helps a lot! It seemed like every one of them was busy doing something :) I like that. I also liked how Chuck E. Cheese make an appearance every hour or so to dance and give FREE TICKETS FOR THE KIDS! Woo woo! Hehe I’m forever a kid at heart :P ENJOY THE PIZZA FOR ME!

This place is ok I have been to this one since I was young and I don’t think it’s the best one does not compare to the one they have in Claremont location. Still is a fun place to enjoy your time with kids.

It’s Chuck E. Cheese’s. What do you expect? Overall pretty good. Fun.

Some employees here really wear their smiles. Some may have left theirs at home. But good deals for a few hours of fun. Food was delicious. What really impressed me is the manager who I did not catch his name. The night we went was incredibly busy. We were serviced rather quickly. I was amazed by the hands on service from the manager. From delivering food to cleaning tables answering questions, fixing machines, I mean he was everywhere and still delivered a smile. I only highly recommend a good thorough cleaning.

This place is super dirty!!! I mean disgusting dirty!!! I found roaches in the bathroom and on the wall near the soda fountain. Told the manager anout and he said they are going to look into getting it sprayed. WTF! Look into it gross!

This place has been here for years. The service is nice. Used some. coupons without a problem for celebrating my babyboys birthday. My pizza tho did take forever it never came out so i asked what was taking so Long and they did upgrade my pizzas to xtra large. :) its still expensive but the kids love it. I do like that they put lots more games inside there more up to date and lots of pic memories machines:) probably be back in a week for bbygirl haha

Yes, they do get a 5 start from me. I come here a lot due to I have a young child. The new management has improve dramatically! I been here 3 days in a roll and the manager was so great full that he give me some free coins and drinks! The food quality has improve too. The pizza actually taste good to a point I took one to go. If you haven’t been at this location you need to.

Today we did the birthday party for my 5 year old son… These review is for the managers, they where amazing. I want to thank all the managers, my son had the best birthday party ever !

Mixed feelings.
Whenever I come here it’s either a hit or miss for me.
For the hit parts– fun environment for my daughter, good promos going on every now and then, not that busy so my daughter can run around and be more free and play more on the games etc. customer service can be amazing! Some of the employees are very sweet.
For the not so hit parts– it could be very crowded and parents forget to watch their kids and what they are doing, the restrooms and floors can be dirty. I wonder if they wipe down the games etc… Depending who works sometimes I catch someone in a bad mood): I was going to get my daughter a prize and the lady looked mad that my daughter was trying to figure out what she wanted. Hello. It’s toy galore for them! Lol.
Overall, I would take my daughter here once in a while. She deserves it.

Avoid coming to this chuck e cheese I took my 4 year old son today and he got punched in the face by a 10 year old girl. I immediately went to speak to the manager and she told me she could not do anything but go talk to the girls parents when she saw that her mother was all tattooed up she avoided her and said she would give me a refund! I’m not looking for any useless coupons or money I want them to be more aware that older kids should not be in the playground that they have inside and this horrible behavior that they are letting slip by! before the incident I had informed her that older kids and even an adult was inside she didn’t do anything about it! how can someone be so intimidated to let this horrible behavior happen? I am more than furious and I am NEVER EVER going back!!!

Saturday night… 7:00pm… Ordered wings, a drink, and salad. Asked 3 employees to add lettuce to the salad bar. Finally, after standing 18 min after my ticket time, a cashier, who was just standing there cuz there were no customers to attend at the moment, decided to «ask» what was I waiting for. I said, lettuce, croutons, cheese… She goes and gets the lettuce. I had to wait for about another 4 – 5 mins till she finished refilling all the empty containers till she added the croutons. OK, finally I had my salad. Off to get my drink. No ice on any of the 3 machines. Waited till I couldn’t find a staff member who was not busy, 4 more minutes, then after asking them to add ice, it took another 4 min till they filled one up. OK, got my soda… Now let’s sit… Looking around waiting for an empty spot,… There are actually many spots available… But they are all dirty! No where to sit… Looked for an employee but no one around. There’s only 1 person at the kitchen… Terrible… Decided to cancel my order, return my salad and write this review… Rondi. The manager on duty, said they were terribly understaffed… It was 43 minutes after placing my order… Ridiculous… Skip this place… You do not want me to mention the bathroom.

The only thing I hate is there food is soooooooooooooo pricey. For a small pizza? Its not even small for extra small, too pricey plus food takes forever. An hour wait for small pizza? I give 2 star my nephew have fun

My son still likes going here… it’s always fun. We make it an ever other Friday night thing.
I like this one because the manager Damien is super friendly and welcoming.
The place is clean… super plus for me, especially with a bunch of kids running around hacked up on sugar and going bonkers all over the place.
I been other locations, but this one is by far the best to me.

My expectations were pretty low for this location, but I was pleasantly surprised of our decent experience. We came on a Saturday around 1:30pm, and it wasn’t too busy. As the day progressed, however, it started to get busier with more kids running around.
As soon as we arrived, we saw Chuck E hanging with the kids and doing a little show. I must say, Chuck E is much smaller from when I was a kid! In the hour or so we were there, Chuck E came out again! Anyway, the place was pretty clean and nothing stood out as unclean or disgusting.
We ordered our food and I headed to the salad bar to be semi-​healthy. The only food item that stood out as «old» was the iceberg lettuce. Almost all the iceberg lettuce had turned brown along the edges. But, fortunately there was some fresh romaine lettuce right next to it. Decent options at the salad bar: macaroni salad, potato salad, veggies, dressing & sunflower seeds all for $ 6.99.
Our pizza and wings came out, and the pizza tasted better than I thought it would. It’s a thin crust pizza with garlic crust. Not too shabby!
In the front play area the machines only require 1 token, which allowed our son to play longer. Decent selection of toddler rides & games. The back play area seems more suitable for older kids.
Service wasn’t bad, a server followed up with us after our food was delivered to ask about the food. He also informed us that if we did a survey online then we’d receive 20 tickets.
Prize selection was mediocre, but I what would you expect anyway?
Overall, I think my son had a good first experience at Chuck E Cheese, and we we enjoyed ourselves as well.

We brought our kids to have fun. We ordered good it took them more than 30mins to give us the food… our food was ready to get delivered to Okht ramble and it took 15mins to bring to us. the people who worked there would pass by the food. We ordered some beer and it have stuff in it… no good services

Let me begin by noting that Chuck-E-Cheese’s has some good pizza even if it is thincrust. They top the pizza with some of the highest quality ingredients that I have tasted so far from any pizza joint in the South Side of SD 619.
Chuck easily could have earned a 5 star rating if it weren’t for the fact they refuse to take pizza orders over the telephone and a TMNT such as myself needs pizza on the GO.
Sitting around and waiting after placing my order in the physical was a painfully long wait.

For reals waiting for a pizza took over an hour and my order was only an order TO-​GO.
Chuck E. Cheese failed twice in a row which is an automatic K (strikeout) in the world of fastfood and restaurant franchisee/​corporate chains.
Good pizza but the mouses prices aren’t as friendly as the majority of other pizza places around south San Diego.
I would have given Chuck a 4 star but minus 1 for not being able to order pizza through the phone. And minus another one for making us wait 48 minutes for a pizza TO-​GO order.
What idiot-​bozo designed that business rule?
«NO-​OVER the phone order» because of «our companies policy»
Whoever created that policy should be Immediately Fired!!! because the company is losing huge potential revenues from only selling pizza through in-​store orders. Every single dying pizza chain even does it such as RoundTable Pizza, Shakey’s etc etc…
I will only eat pizza from Chuck again if I am invited to an event by family members or friends
If was allowed to call my pizza order in, I would for sure call, but since I am forbidden then I don’t foresee myself eating pizza here again unless invited by family or friends.

I think its a great place for young kids. There are more games and things they can do here compared to boomers, Belmont park or any other arcade. It’s also a token each so you dont have to spend much on games and they can pick a toy for prizes which they love! (even though those toys are super cheap) it’s also small enough that you dont have to be super worried about them getting lost. There are however not a lot of variety of food which isn’t so bad because their options are what kids would eat and its good for a quickly meal. I also like that the characters are active with the kids

Don’t order the cinnamon sticks, they might b $ 2.99, but not worth it.

Chuck E. Cheese was a last minute idea after eating next door to let the kids go and burn off some steam after eating. We had a great time on $ 4.00 of tokens for a little bit over an hour. There were not too many kids here so it made it easier for the young ones. I didn’t see Chuck E one time while we were there. I thought the bathroom men and women’s signs were a bit funny and I am sure no one else noticed this (picture included). They have a game deal or no deal that acutally is designed for winning tickets and a ticket tank. I wonder if this is how people become gamblers? lol. They had a great time and that is all that mattered. I really like how serious they take their security with the children there it makes me feel good.
