This place is is an absolute dump. Their show room is a mess. Their sales people are horrible and the little old fat lady that sits at the reception area is extremely rude.

We bought our carpet here 2 years ago and everything went smoothly. They installed it for us, did a fine job, and the price was reasonable. We are currently in the process of buying wood flooring from them that we will install ourselves and everything is going well. In my experience their customer service has been well above average.

Went to the store on the weekend (thank God there is a flooring store in this city that is even open on the weekend) looking for carpeting for an area rug. I was replacing an expensive persian wool rug and did not want to spend a ton of money for a 11×12 area rug. Saleswoman, Katye, was very helpful. She showed us the carpeting in stock in the warehouse section and also showed us other options on the main floor. She was very helpful, and not in-​your-​face or pushy, about things. We left with two samples (a synthetic rug and a wool rug). We opted for the synthetic rug. Cost was about $ 600. It is very plush, hopefully will withstand children and pets. Rug pad was reasonably priced as well. They also bound the edges for a reasonable fee. Delivery was only $ 60 or $ 65 dollars. Took about two weeks to get it. Very pleasant and painless experience.
