Michaelangelo’s has decent food, delivery is pretty fast and theyre very nice. But be warned when you order online: they dont always read your requests/instructions. My requests were minor so I was still able to enjoy a sub, though they ought to be more careful. And they may as well omit the online snack options because you’ll get plain chips with your sandwich no matter what type of side snack you request! The personal pizza had a very thick crust and seemed more dough than pizza, but the subs ive tried were good.

I *just* received this delivery 2.5 hours after placing the order online. Their pizza is great, but this is inexcusable. The manager explained that their printer was on the blink and they didn’t get my order. No apology, no offer to comp my order, no customer service. The delivery driver asked about a tip-I had added it to the order I made online. Why would he ask for a tip for an order placed 2.5 hours earlier? If I could have figured out how to cancel the order online, I would have. We are frequent customers with this business and I am incredibly disappointed. My order should have been completely comped. Instead, we are eating 50 $ worth of pizza too close to bedtime to enjoy it. This was my last order to Michangelos; it is clear to me they don’t value their customers. This was absolutely inexcusable.

So yummy! First time visiting this place, it’s so cute on the outside & the inside is much cuter! The menu is awesome… They do a special buy a meal and take one home for later! It was awesome leftovers! The lasagna and ravioli were both great! Drinks are really pricey but yummy! Great service

I used to love this place– the pizza is awesome, but after my last few experiences with them, I will not be returning. Delivery takes forever, and one time my dad didn’t pay for his pizza over the phone, when it was delivered the guy thought we’d paid… good thing we are nice people and called after the dude left to pay for our food. The last time I ordered for pick up, I accidentally called the wrong store. The girl was sweet and gave me the other phone number for the Harding location, so I called and asked if that was the location I was talking to. The girl said yes. I ordered a «Greek» pizza that I saw on the menu online. She said it’d take 35 – 40 minutes so I waited and went to pick it up. I walked in and asked for my pizza under my name. It was nowhere to be found. The girl behind the counter said she didn’t take my order and blamed it on another girl who wasn’t there. They asked what kind of pizza I ordered, and I told them Greek. By this time the manager was involved and he was very rude to me. He said, «OKAYBUTWHICHONEDIDYOUWANT? THEITALIAN, SICILIAN, WHICHONE?» I said, «Your website said Greek, I don’t remember which ingredients it had on it.» He continually accused me of calling the wrong store, which I repeatedly told him wasn’t true, since I double checked when I called them. Then he said they’d make me my pizza if I waited and it’d be half price. By then, I was so fed up that I left. Rude manager, bad employees, takes FOREVER… pizza is good but not worth it.

Looking for cheap pickup/delivery Italian that is one notch above Roma(granted, this is not setting too lofty a goal)? Boil some pasta and put some sauce on it! Or, if you are either temporarily or permanently too lazy to do that, as I can be, then Michaelangelo’s seems like one of your better options. I think this place’s two finest achievements are convenience and garlic bread. They are on GrubHub, so you can just put in the whole order online. Delivery is free with a $ 10 minimum. The garlic bread is exemplary; rather than going down the roll or breadstick route, they give you a little loaf which packs in the great cholesterol-pumping elements. The pasta and pizza is decent; I like Castrillo’s better, but they won’t deliver to where I live so Michaelangelo’s wins out on those exceptionally unmotivated nights.

If you live in the area and want pizza, pasta, salad or a good sub, call them! As far as pizza goes, we’ve tried all the local pizza places in our area that deliver. The competitors were boring, bland, blah. Michaelangelo’s has the BEST sauce, isn’t greasy and is always hot. They offer three different pastas, a variety of sub sandwiches, cheese bread, drinks, good salads and even cheesecake. I’ve had the spaghetti and chicken/spinach alfredo pasta dishes. They’re good. My husband and grandson love the Philly cheese/steak sub, turkey and meatball subs. The salads are a complete meal and the cheesecakes taste homemade.(not sure if they are, but they’re good.) We usually order online instead of calling, but each time our order has always been 100% accurate and delivery is fast.(One Saturday night I think delivery took about an hour, but that’s understandable.) I need to add that we did order from the«other» Michaelangelo’s once when we first moved not realizing the one on Harding was closer to our home. For some reason, it didn’t compare to this one. Try them, I think you’ll like it.

Yea I got a pie from Michelangelo’s and was far from thrilled, average crust sauce and bland cheese, no frills. I normally get NY Pie so I’m not entirely sure why I did this. For the most part this was a wasted experience and I’ll stick to getting my pizza at NY Pie. P. S. you put a good effort forward Michaelangelo’s!

The cheese on their pizza is really great. And if you can get a coupon, it’s really worth it.

Michaelangelo’s compliments my usual Sunday evening television/fester session perfectly. The delivery is always super cheesy and the pizza usually arrives piping hot. Michaelangelo’s pizza sauce is some of the best that I have tasted. Heavy on the basil, it is a nice change up from the usual bland tomato sauce that Dominos and some of the other local places offer. The cheesy bread is good, too. A little word of advice, don’t expect to see your food for at least an hour if you are ordering on Saturday nights.
