McDonald’s

I used the drive-​thru today and had a great experience. I visit this McDonald’s frequently and always have a good experience.
I regularly have a special order of a quarter pounder plain w/​o cheese and they get it right.
There was only one time they were out of Diet Coke but overall I always have a great experience here, I highly recommend it!!!

Just left empty-​handed after being directed into the 2^nd Drive Thru Lane by an employee, where I proceeded to sit behind a young woman for ten minutes as she waited to give her order… while cars kept moving in Lane 1, where I had been qued up before being redirected to Lane 2! Absolutely ridiculous! She ended up leaving; I parked and went inside but again it was «gridlock» with people in there looking like they’d been waiting for a long time; I’ve had better luck over at the Green Hills store. Stay away from this one if you can help it, especially at busy times. I think this all day breakfast thing is probably causing a lot of problems for some locations.

The kind of McDonald’s whose ice cream machine is always magically down for cleaning when you’d like to purchase an ice cream cone. AmIright?

This is the 3^rd time in a row I’ve experienced this exact situation at this location. I pull up to no lights on outside (not even the main sign), just the lights inside. I then pull around to the drive thru & no order screens or lights are lite up, waited for about 5 – 10 minutes & about to drive off when then I finally hear «yeah, what you need?» I ask for a McFlurry, they then mumbled «we dont have that, machine is broke» Kind of interesting this has been the exact same response i’ve received multiple times over the past month & a month prior as well (maybe get the machine serviced especially if its on your menu??) Obviously they didnt want to make it. So I ordered something else, they said «yeah, just pull around», I asked for my total since I couldnt see it on the blank screen, no response. I then get up to the window & dont see anyone for about another 5 min. They then finally open the window a quarter of the way and I ask «whats the total», they then proceed to talk with their fellow employee and ignore me, once they finished their personal conversation, they finally then give me a total and shoved my food through a quarter opened window, drop some of my change on the ground and no thank you come again or anything, shuts the window on me as I’m asking for ketchup. Rudest/​worst McDonalds night shift drive thru I’ve ever been to. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else, hopefully a manager or owner might see this & step up hire a better night staff because they are pretty much terrible here. I know its late night fast food but this is still a business.

Well, I never review fast food restaurants unless they are horrific or much better than average. I sometimes stop here for breakfast before work on the weekends because it’s one of the few places on my way to work that’s open.
I’ve shown up a couple times, being the only one there, and I have never gotten in and out of there in under 10 minutes. They also always seem to get my order wrong. An egg McMuffin and a breakfast burrito… REAL TOUGH.
On my last visit, at 5:30 in the morning (their sign says they open at 5), and their door was still locked. A vapid employee looked at me, I knocked, gestured that the door was locked, and he slowly meandered over to unlock it, then went behind the counter, faced away from me, not doing anything, just staring at the wall. 5 minutes later the manager thought I might want to order, order came back and it was wrong, and the SAUSAGE egg mcmuffin’s muffin was rock hard, and they were out of hot sauce.

This location gets most of its points because of the building. It was completely rebuilt and is very nice. The problems are typically the loud staff, sometimes slow service, and fountain drinks that have less than optimal fizz. The food is usually consistent, so it’s not a complete loss.
