Went out of may way based on others reviews of Maytag. Even though I had a little trouble finding it (it is right be the CVS) it was worth the trip. My washer is broken right now and the experience at the closest laundry (3 blocks away) was simply gross. Maytag is clean, well maintained, and staff is friendly.
Some machines take credit cards, which was a pleasant find. Only giving it a 3 and not a 4 because of price… but then again I don’t really know what average price is — I think I paid $ 3 a load for the smaller HE machine. (In New Jersey I pay $ 3 for a larger one).
I’ll be going back — until my machine is fixed.

I feel bad for giving it 2 stars because everyone was so friendly. I would give it 5 stars for friendliness but 2 stars for the dryers. The washing machine did a fine job for $ 2.75 (you can upgrade to $ 3.00 for extra time). But the dryer didn’t dry my clothes after 40minutes on a small load. It was generally clean but looks a little run down in the back. You can use credit cards on many washing machines and driers.

Maytag Just Like Home Laundry is just that — just like home. The manager helped my as if I was his son. The vibes were great. There was an easily accessible lavatory. And hey — I even made a few friends along the way. 10⁄10 full laundry baskets!

Clean small business. I’ve used this laundry mat before but today I opted to allow them to wash and fold. Virginia did an awesome job washing and folding. Can’t wait to go again.

I do my laundry here every week. It’s pretty rad. The people who work there are nice and fun to talk to. The washers and driers work fairly reliably. Steer clear of the smaller white driers in the middle, though, the older ones to the right always work.

I have my own washer and dryer at home, but needed to wash a few sleeping bags and large duvet so for the first time in 8 yrs visited the «laundrymat» at the end of my street. The owner was there, very friendly, didn’t mind explaining stuff to me, telling me about all the different size machine/​capacity & time needed. You can even just leave your clothes for them to wash, prices were very reasonable and they were folding clothes very neatly while I was there. I will be back! but not in the driving through the front windows kinda way…

Went back and I wasn’t disappointed! This place is awesome… never doing laundry again.
