Decent sub. I had the Mile High Turkey on a Kaiser roll. The turkey was definitely not mile high! But the flavors were fresh tasting. I especially like the pepper relish. This place is better than Subway(because of fresh sliced meat) but not as good as Jersey Mike’s in my opinion.

Eh. My sub was ok. The bread had a good taste but was a little«crustier» than I prefer. I don’t like for my shirt to be covered in bread crumbs after I eat. I thought it had a decent amount of turkey and the vegetables tasted fresh. The sub wasn’t bad at all, it just wasn’t anything special either. I may try Lenny’s again because I have a smart card that offers a discount and I pass it on the way home from work. Wouldn’t go out of my way for it though.

Stopped in for lunch w/a friend on Saturday, March 23, 2013 at about 1:30pm. This is one of the dirtiest restaurants I’ve ever seen in person. The floor was stained with lots of old footprints and spilled liquids from the front door to the back & needs to be steam cleaned. I know this because I used the bathroom at the back of the restaurant & that floor was just as dirty. In addition, all four walls were stained with splatters from the baseboards to eye level. Tables and booths had dried fingerprints and food on them. I will not return to this location. It was a rainy day, but these stains were not because of the weather. This place is not being cleaned as regularly as it should be.

Pretty standard sub shop. I didn’t think the bread or the meat or anything was anything to get excited about. Overall just seemed really«meh.»

«Sub-Par» I used to like Lenny’s, just like I used to like Jersey Mikes. Now they both just flat out suck. Its my opinion that these«self proclaimed, wannabe superior sub shops» came in strong at first just to beat out places like Subway, Blimpie’s, Quizno’s and are now just cutting corners and cheating customers on a daily basis since they have established a sheepish loyal customer basis. When I fork over $ 8-$ 9 for a sandwich it should have a good amount of meat on it, at least ¾ lb. I went to Lenny’s a week or two ago and decided to go simple, just a straight up roast beef sub with my favorite toppings. I was expecting a «proper» $ 8 sub, what I got was some 5 dollar footlong Subway 1/8″ of meat bullshit. Check the pics, I’m not making this up. Wafer thin layer of roast beef. I’m not bitching to get anything for free, I’m actually inspired that when I visit a Lenny’s location there’s a good amount of people there and they’ve accepted this rip off of a sandwich as acceptable. Theres better ways to waste $ 8 that would be more beneficial than going to Lenny’s, buying a bum/hipster two twelve packs of PBR would be one of them.

This shop should be named Fresh Food Sub Shop! I have been to Subway many times but this was my first trip to Lenny. I got a Veggie Sub which was really good especially the bread so was fresh! If someone ask me whether you will go to Subway or Lenny’s Sub Shop, I would say«Eat Healthly Be Healthly» aka. Lenny will me answer! Give it a try folks!

I’m a huge Lenny’s fan! Although it isn’t the cheapest fast food route it is definitely much better than Subway in which I have been to both this week… Subways is so expensive for what you get… I got a 6inch sub at subway and 4 small pressed turkey slices that didn’t fill me up… now on the other hand at Lenny’s they slice your sandwich meat right there on the spot and pile it high so you actually feel you are getting what you paid for and walk away full! I will gladly go to Lenny’s any day over the other places! Love it and everything is always so fresh! I love their wheat bread and their provolone cheese is awesome too! Way to go Lenny’s!

Lenny’s rocks! The Philly Cheese-steak and all the classic yankee subs are fantastic as it’s gonna get here in the holler. This is a fine Damn Yankee sub shop… the best kept secret due to our glamorous midway of check cashing centers and crappy fast food drive-thrus in Donelson, TN… home to lots of people on fixed incomes and partial plates in their mouths. It’s off Lebanon road, real close to Briley Parkway… hidden back behind the Booger King… next to a pretty good Chinamonese place and a pretty fair place called The Olé’ Dinner Bell.
