I’m a big Jersey Mike’s fan and was nearby in the area to grab lunch. The gentleman behind the counter was EXTREMELY passive aggressive and rude. He threw together my sandwich like he didn’t care as well as he made the sandwich basically the way he wanted to make it instead of actually listening to the customer the way the customer likes their sandwich. They may want to learn from the Nashboro Village location because they are all great over there. I will never give my business to this location again. Disappointed.

Walked in around 1:30 pm on a Saturday and the place was dead. A worker held the door for us, and the guys were all super friendly — even complimenting our t-shirts and starting conversation.
Our sandwiches were great, and the place was clean and well kept. Can’t ask for much more from the experience — these guys are good!

This location has a LONG WAY to go before reaching the customer service level of the Berry Hill location. One employee continued to smack her gum with attitude while adding toppings to the sandwich, and the other employee acted like he had the worst job in the world. Sigh… This isn’t the first time I’ve witnessed immature, disrespectful employees here.

Charlene, the manager, was very rude to me as I walked in 5 minutes before closing (their clock inside the restaurant said 10 minutes before closing). She threw her hands up in the air and yelled «ugh, now I have to redo the paperwork». She never apologized for the awful level of customer experience she provided, however the two gentlemen working with her did apologize for her. What a great example she is setting for her employees… not!!!

I’ve been here twice, both times the subs were exceptionally tasty and well-prepared. The first time was during lunch rush so it (obviously) took quite a while, but these sandwiches are time consuming to make (more so than Subway) so I will not fault them as long as the food is exceptional, and thus far it has been. The service is also great, even in rush hour. Smiles, polite, and patient. Never going to Subway again. The chipotle cheesesteak is amazing, so is the Big Kahuna!
