I feel so bad for these guys. I forget at least half of the time to put my trash out Monday mornings, but without fail they come down my driveway and take up my trash for me without complaint. They have never left a nasty note, and are always friendly and professional. My only wish is that they picked up recycling more often than once a month.

Today is trash day and there is ice and snow everywhere. We forgot to put our trash can at the bottom of our steep driveway. One of the men on the truck walked up to our house, got our trash can and brought it down to the road. Keep in mind that the ground and roads are COVERED in ice. It was a really nice gesture. Thank you!
