Absolutely the worst experience with a contractor ever. They didn’t pull a permit on my kitchen remodel, they didn’t follow ANSII construction standards and their work did not meet building codes. They used unlicensed employees to do the electrical work, creating open junctions inside the walls. Everything they did needed to be redone. They tried to substitute a lower grade cabinet than what we ordered. The number of lies they told us to cover for their complete incompetence is astounding. Five months in to a supposedly 5 week project I fired them and used photos of their electrical work to get most of my money back. In the end I was stuck with an $ 1,100 overage on tile they would not take back or refund.

My Parents decided to change out their cabinets back in October it is now January a new year and the job still is not finished! Ruined our holidays! Unable to use the kitchen! They do not call to follow up, they do not call to return calls, their contractors are nice but the administration is not!
Seriously 4 months to switch out cabinets then they get there and say it is the wrong size and tell my parents they measured wrong, when they were the measurers. They are condesending and rude to boot. I think they are taking advantage of old people and am pressing my parents to take them to court!
It has caused stress to my folks and will not reccomend these folks to anyone.

I find it very curious that this business has one very vague 5-​star rating and five 1-​star ratings that, for some reason, have been hidden. As a previous employee of this business, I can state with full confidence that the hidden reviews are, unfortunately, true and accurate. Research this business on the BBB’s website. I can’t believe they are still operating.

I used home expo on my kitchen remodel-​and everyone from the designer, project coordinator, contractors (cabinet, countertop, tile and plumber) were fantastic. The job was finished on time and looks better than I could have imagined! I will use them again for future remodels.
