I had a completely different experience at this location then the one located on West End. The staff didn’t greet anyone when they walked in like they do on West End. If you needed help you needed to approach them from behind the desk. I tried to do work there, and was interrupted constantly by the lady yelling from behind the counter and the co-​worker who was right next to this indivudial. I understand enthusiasm, but when your actions disturb customers then that is a problem. Print jobs are 12 cents typically, and to use their design center (scan, internet, document creation) its 45 cents per minute. The overall, layout is very small and a wait might occur if there are more people in the building. I will now always go to the West End location because it was just a better overall experience.

I know there are other FedEx shops around downtown but this relatively quiet one near the Harding Harris Teeter is my personal favorite. Mostly, again, because its quiet. I can come in and get what I need and be out relatively quickly. The offer all the same services and assistance as every other location but this one just feels more personable. I can in here to print my resumes for job interviews and they did a stellar job. The guy who helped me made sure I knew options and costs of everything I was printing. They have always been helpful if I need to get something off their computers as well. You know how FedEx works, so I won’t bore you with the details, but if you need something shipped or printed this smaller yet just as functional location is your best bet.
