Want to thank Lynn and Karen for their their friendly customer service and their listening hear, I flew from Detroit to put a piano in storage that was at my brother house in an unbrotherly state of mind we recently put our mother body to rest on the 7th of this month, all ready heart broken my brother did not make things easier I was rushed to moved the piano from hus house:-) Lynn and Karen heard and saw the stress I came in with and they made checking into my storage a breeze and left me with encouraging words. I’ve never dealt with a company with so many technical difficulties. From not being able to enroll me in auto pay, to numerous times of the online payment program not working properly(unable to accept payment at the time, error messages, etc), and then not being able to get through to speak to someone in the office, as the phone is often busy, resulting in late fees. Frustrating to say the least. The straw that broke the camel’s back came when I went online to pay my bill in January and my account balance showed I owed nothing(I assumed a free month of rent– as had happened 2 times over the past year). Imagine my surprise when I received a call saying not only was my account overdue, but they were about to cut the lock and auction off my unit! I called and explained what happened and received yet again the explanation of «technical difficulties», and again no apology or removal of late fees. There are plenty of other storage units in Nashville with good reviews. Glad to take my business elsewhere.
