All vehicle rental companies suck, this UHAUL location just sucks less. It’s common knowledge UHAUL has the crappiest fleet of vehicles and often the most expensive of the handful of companies out there. Their name is just… known, so it’s people’s first choice.
This location made the rental process for a trailer just suck less. Maybe it was because I was renting under a corporate account, or just the fact I know how to deal with these businesses. Either way, the end transaction is what got me. The service rep recognized my truck from earlier in the week, and immediately rushed out to spot me backing up to drop the trailer off, with paperwork in hand. Unhooked the trailer and I went on my way. Super easy. Bravo. If I remembered his name, I would call his manager and boast about his level of customer service and recommend he take his job. Just saying.

Manager, Jeremy Graves, closed out my contract without even talking to me about why my bills was over $ 400 rather than the original $ 250 quoted. I almost felt robbed! Terrible customer service. Jeremy refused to do anything about this! Please avoid this location. Go to ANY other uhaul nearby!
