I was returning some equipment that was ordered but found I could not use it when I dealt with customer service rep Caustic Katie. While waiting to be assisted I found her to have a condescending tone to the customer ahead of me. Boy I was in line for a special treat! She was very unhelpful to me as well, refusing the equipment that I brought to return (verizon home phone connect). If this is the face of Verizon stores, then I am definitely switching carriers this week!
