We arrived @ 12NOON(prime lunchtime); Loads of convenientFREEPARKING, WARMGREETING, FASTSEATING; ATTENTIVESRVER&MGR. The ability to order what we wanted, prepared how we wanted it;. The salads(Caesar & «Power»)were fresh & plated attractively. w/the individual pizzas(see lunch specials) were more than we could finish @ one meal;.Our server suggested we take the remaining food home; brought the appropriate containers& packed it up for us into an easily transported plastic bag The Next next day we had the«RERUNS» for lunch& enjoyed every bite again; making the cost of our two delicious meals a «GENUINEBARGAIN» If you are stressed out & hungry stop in at this or your neighborhood UNO’s for a refreshing & delicious break at meal time… Servers are helpful w/menu choices/options We do not drink alcoholic beverages„ but they are available here for those wanting them!

I do love Uno’s pizza. This is a good place for a rowdy crowd like the one I was with some weeks ago. With that said, not an ideal place for a couple looking for some quiet, but if you’re with some friends and want a crummy drink, welcome to Uno’s! Service is ok. I think our waitress hated us, but I don’t blame her. We were pretty loud. I tipped well though! Food was — all right. I had some apps and a flatbread which was all right. The mozzerlla cheese«brick» thing was good. Not a quality place, but you know what you’re getting. I do like their deep dish pizzas which are disgustingly good. I’d go back to knock back a few, that’s about it.

I’m not a deep dish pizza expert or anything but I enjoy my pizza a lot here! You have to order the large size pizza though. If you order small, you get mostly crust and it’s not that good(found that out when a waitress messed up our orders). Salads were good. Staff was very nice. Definitely worth visiting when in the pizza mood. Plus they often have buy 1 get 1 free takeaway which is nice, I’ve been doing that more recently.

i gave this 3 stars for the friendly waitress that greeted me and treated me like a valued customer. i ordered nachos, they were just ok, they seemed to lack flavor, i mean they were edible, but i think there could have been a bit more chili and a non white plate? I was full nonetheless. There is just something missing… I might come back if i am in the area.

We’ve eaten at the place every time we come up from Mississippi. Their Wedge Salad is AWESOME. Great Flat Breads and Pizza. One of our Go-To places for many years.

Went today for lunch. We ordered drinks, a salad wedge and pizza. Got our drinks and salad, when our pizza came out it was cold. Sent it back when it was brought back to us about 5 min later it was no better. Sent it back and left. Never been to this location before so it was probably a one off but still a bad experience.

Uno used to be one of my favorite restaurants because of the menu – it used to be hard to find vegetarian food at a non-specialty restaurant. Basically, Uno was a place that I could go with friends and family, and not have to worry about having to only a garden salad made of mostly iceberg lettuce, and maybe a side of fries. Unfortunately, Uno’s menu hasn’t changed much in the last 5 years, so while I still have more than just a couple of options, they’re the same options. Most of the salads and pasta have chicken, and while you can leave that off, you’re still paying nearly $ 10 for the meat. They seem to be creative with their meat dishes, but can’t with non-meat? I guess that’s par for the course with chain restaurants these days, so I guess it makes sense that Uno would fall into that trap. I guess this is why it’s been a long while since I’ve stopped into an Uno’s location, and tend to stick to places that have a more diverse menu. My issue with this specific location is that while my friend and I were getting lunch yesterday, the waitress insisted on using/having us use the electronic device at our table to order appetizers and pay our bill. I have to say that our waitress was very nice, attentive without hovering, and a real pleasure. However, it really threw us off that the restaurant would insist on having us use a computer to order and pay for our food, rather than going through the waitress. It seems that Uno is looking to phase out waitstaff, and try to get to a place where they only have people running food back and forth. I am all of using my phone or computer to place orders… but only when I’m at home/work, and am ordering online for delivery. When I go to a restaurant, it feels really slimy to use a device to order when the waitress is right there, waiting to earn a day’s pay. Uno really needs to re-evaluate the usage of whatever they call those things.

Great restaurant! Our waitress Jenn was very friendly and helpful, plus they had a great pizza & salad special. We’ll be coming back — delicious food & great service!

Seems ok for dine in, but they are either grossly incompetent or like to have fun with takeout orders. We chalked getting an onion in the dessert as a mistake the first time, but a bell pepper in chocolate cake the best? Give me a break. Disgusting, will not do takeout again. As parents of a new baby we rely on takeout, but will takeout from literally anywhere else.

Yes, their customer service did send me an email and in their email they mentioned they were sorry«my son» etc. No where did I mention it was my son that had the food allergy.(It was my granddaughter that had the sesame seed allergy) Unbelievable. I asked them if they thoroughly read my comments and told them they are pathetic and not to send me any more emails.

The restaurant service was very slow despite the fact it was not full. There were too many empty tables to excuse our waiter’s absence. It took me ten minutes to get a glass of water

Nasty food, poor service waited for waitress for 20 minutes to pay and the place was not busy. Food had no flavor plain nasty.

The pizza is normal for UNOs, some of the other plates have impressed me. They need to improve the gluten free pizza to make this a usual stop.

Always great servers… And they have a full menu until 1am… Even on Sunday’s! They have quite a few gluten free entrees, but no really good gluten free appetizers. The place is amazing for late night munchies after a very long day working.

Great staff, good food, always a good place for dinner or lunch. Even if there’s a wait, they usually get you seated faster than their estimated time.

Worst bar experience my fiancé and I have probably ever had. I understand things get busy, I’ve worked this industry, but at the very least– acknowledge the fact that you’ve had a new guest sit down until you can get to them! After 22 minutes of sitting at the bar(because I called my fiancé in the parking lot due to the crowd and not knowing if I’d get seats) we were FINALLY able to order drinks and get a menu. I didn’t even want a beer– but I had no time to look over a drink menu since I didn’t have one and he was clearly not going to get back to me once I had decided. Much more time passed as we were able to order an app finally even as he continuously passed over us and checked in with those around us. After watching everyone else’s disgust and even another couple sit and be ignored just as we had for an extended length of time, he emptied the dishwasher instead of cashing out those ready to go, and attending those patiently waiting to order! We had just about enough. An obvious regular even told him if she didn’t order soon she’d have to leave, and another couple told the couple waiting, like us, to say something to him! To top it all off, the bartender continued to reuse USED glasses directly on the tap(gross!), we decided as we waited and waited to order our meals– and obviously not wanting to order another beer after seeing that– it was time to go! However I must also say, where was the manager clearing out the service bar so the ‘bartender’ could serve his guests? Things really quieted down and he was still not seen. A server came over and helped unload a few glasses and get a soda for the girl John/Shawn forgot(no surprise there). But management should have stepped up and helped clear the service station. When we left and went to another restaurant for our dinner, we saw another couple from your bar! I sure hope that says a lot about how this past Friday evening was run– Overall, great disappointment.

I mean its Uno… How fabulous can it get… But I happen to frequent a few other Unos so this one just wasnt my fave… It was dead like literally 2 tables were seated in the whole place but seemed to take an unnaturally long time to get things…(Like water) and the waitress irked me for some reason… Who knows, I dont know why. Maybe I was just tired!

We just spent our third NYE at Uno’s for their family friendly balloon drop, ginger ale toast and arts and crafts night. We had a great time. Food was good, service was friendly, I have no complaints. Thank you, Uno’s, for giving families with young children a great option to celebrate an otherwise awkward holiday for children. Your staff this year was excellent — the face painters and craft helpers were so friendly and patient with our kids. Our server was good humored, too. We will definitely be back next year!

Went with friend’s for drinks and appetizer’s. It was busy for a Saturday evening. Service was prompt, friendly and attentive. The friend calamari was a bit heavy on the breading and was a bit greasy. The guac egg rolls just tasted ok just did not make sense. The men’s room toilet had a baby’s diaper in it. The staff took care of the issue which is good that they are at least monitoring the bathroms. A very good gluten free menu found here!!!

Clean and cheerful place but the service wasn’t that great. I ran out of water a few times and the waitress continued to walk by as one of my tablemates requested dessert. She took note of the order, but never confirmed or slowed to see if anyone else wanted one. I ordered the nachos. While the cheese was a good quality, the salsa was chilled to the point that when I got my nachos they weren’t very warm. Also kinda sparse on the meat/chili for the price. What I did get wasn’t bad though.
