My family and I love this place. We have been going here since shortly after it opened. The negative reviews make me laugh. The service is always fantastic, the food is always great, if we ever have issues they are always addressed immediately. If anyone doesn’t go here because of a negative review, that’s actually good for us! Faster seating: D Keep on doing what you do TSD!!! Thank you for providing us with a fantastic local go to place: D

I just had their famous lobster roll. I must tell you this was the worst lobster roll I have ever had. In fact I’ve never had a bad lobster roll anyplace except here tonight. There is no doubt it is lobster meat and a lot of it no problem there but it is completely tasteless! I am at fault as I should have said something to the waitress but did not. I suspect the lobster meat is old and has been in the refrigerator way too long. Shame on the chef as he should know that for a lobster me to be completely tasteless it must be antique. I lost tonight but they will lose customers one by one, as the rest of the food is under the wing of the same person who serves a completely tasteless lobster roll. My suggestion to the chef and or owner is to wake up thank you for people what they have paid for with their hard earned money. Chef, try the lobster meat yourself see if it taste like lobster? I’ve had longistino that taste better. One thing is for sure Temple St., Dinner Lost a customer as I will never go back.

This little diner is underrated! They have fast service, quick coffee refills, really affordable food and large portions. Three plates for breakfast and unlimited coffee was only $ 18! Definitely recommend this place for breakfast and I’ll be returning to try the lunch menu!

My wife and went when they first opened, my mistake ! it was poor ! So(to be fair to the owner) I would try again after they have worked out all the bumps about a year later, give or take . service was ok at the counter, although the guy next to me got much better service then I did from the same server, he was dressed better than I and prob. a regular, food came quick though. FYI Over medium eggs r not to have runny egg white Hash browns ordered well and crispy were crispy on one side warm in the middle and not crispy on the other side with no flavor. I will say though, that when ever I drive by it’s busy, Soooo, go yourself and u be the judge. The tea and toast were great, the place was clean and nice and servers were dressed proper.

when I first walked in I was greeted by a waitress who’s face looked like she had fought with a box of crayons. This place was packed with the elderly and there was not a young couple in sight; I should have taken this as a red flag. The meals consisted of Chocolate chip pancakes with sausage; scrambled eggs with toast home fries and sausage. I have tasted better bisquick pancake mix these pancakes WHERETERRIBLE. The«real» maple syrup they presented you was not real at all but tasted of aunt Jermimas cheap fake syrup I have had my fair share of real quality maple syrups and this was not one of them. the eggs were soggy and not cooked in the middle at all but were raw and sloppily made. the type of eggs someone who is drunk would have made. the toast was not toast at all but soggy cold peices of bread there was no crunch at all. the toast would have better suited a dentist office seeing when I took a bite of it my teeth imprints where the only thing that consisted. Dont get me started on the home fries; They were home fries all right everything about them were homley. They were not cripst at all in fact still hard in the middle they tasted of nothing flavorless uneven and a complete disgrace to home fries at all. THISPLACEISGREATIFYOUDONTHAVETASTEBUDS! THISPLACEISGREATIFYOUHAVEBADTASTEOFCUISINE! I have had better breakfast experience at Dunkin Donuts.

Wow! Talk about hidden gem! This place doesn’t look like anything special from the outside. Don’t judge a book by it’s cover ! The food here is great. I got biscuits and gravy. The eggs are fresh, the biscuits are flaky and soft, and the gravy is rich and flavorful. I will definitely be eating here again!

Update, had a gift cert. for here, granted I got it a while ago but it stated right on it that they don’t expire, went there, placed my order, ate, food was good, when I finished I presented the cert. and they would not take it, it was for 25.00 and that was a lot of money I had to find on the spot from somewhere else! The manager came over and said«we don’t make any money when we take those things!». That maybe so but why did you offer these, commit yourself to it and then not honor them!!! There was no notice anywhere in the dinner saying they would not accept it, it was a totally breech of contract! They should just honor the ones that are left and move on instead of screwing the customer who paid for these! She also said they would give me a refund but they didn’t, anyway, why should I have to go through all this! Not a fan anymore!

It’s extremely casual dining, let’s say dive. The service was really good. They couldn’t accommodate my request for blackened or spiced chicken on the Caesar salad. Sooo that’s okay, sort of. The salad came out without croutons, which was awesome because I asked for no croutons. Many eateries screw that up. A lot of brown spots on the lettuce and because that’s the dish’s main ingredient, not thrilled. And the dressing was odd and served in plastic vessels on the side. It was more like a salty italian. And then there was some foreign something on a piece of lettuce so I was done. The chicken was bland but cooked just right. Basically, I had chicken bites for lunch. They took partial off the bill. My young friend ordered a bacon cheeseburger and fries. It was cooked perfectly medium, bacon was cooked just right, copious serving. Fries were good. Fountain pepsi products YES! I might try this place for breakfast. But if I want a good salad, not from a diner.

Had breakfast here the other day upon a recommendation from a friend. What a great little place! HUGE, fresh, filling omelets, generous portions of toast and hash browns and delicious coffee. And all for about $ 10! The service was great and the interior was inviting although it looks like a real dive from the outside. Give it a try though… several people I know have had great experiences from breakfast through dinner!

Stumbled upon this diner by accident. From the outside the building looked like three different shops, we almost turned around and drive away, glad we didn’t. The waitress was very friendly and helpful. Tried the lobster roll, very generous portion and tasty. My wife and son both got breakfast, also good with fresh potatoes not frozen ones, will come back if in the area!

My go-to breakfast place! Great little hometown diner. Reminds me of the diners I use to go to with my dad as a kid, love it! Casual, good food, quick service, big portions, & great prices! They even have mimosas and blood marys :)

Really Good and The Service is UNREAL! I go here a lot as this little gem is a stones throw from my office… And in this part of town, there are a lot of stones being thrown. I order the same thing every single time but I have brought friends here and they rave about how delicious their food is and can’t believe how friendly the staff is. I get an omelette and the nice lady in the kitchen(maybe the owner?) makes it just the way I like it… Greek with grilled chicken, no peppers and onions, with egg whites, home fries, andddd instead of toast they give me blueberries. Not just a couple but an entire bowl of them. They know how to treat their customers and the food is one of the best around… Take it from someone who has his fair share of breakfasts!

I stopped into Temple St Diner this morning for the first time, having seen a coupon in the local paper. We seated ourselves and I immediately noticed my fork was dirty. I put it aside and the waitress noticed when she filled my coffee and took it away. OK, these things happen, no big deal. I base my opinion on most breakfast joints on their eggs bennedict, so I ordered that and my bf got the western omelet. The benny came and the hollandaise was a broken mess. I attempted to eat it, but I was really put off by the pools of grease everywhere. I made eye contact with the waitress, said excuse me twice, and still was ignored. Finally I got her attention and had to wave her over to the table, since I didn’t want to shout across the restaurant that my food was gross. At this point, I didn’t want to order anything else, and the waitress said they would take it off the bill. The waitress then came over and said the cook apologized and that the prep cook made the sauce. Still. the cook put it on the plate and the waitress served it, fail by three people. I munched on my bf’s mediocre omelet, which even with two of eating it, we still left half on the plate. Steer clear of this place!
