not a fan of this dunks… they had to remake my bagel 3 times to get it right. assistant manager Christina is very rude and refused to apologize for not making my food right. like pulling teeth dealing with her. she even called me a liar.

TERRIBLE SERVICE*** I honestly wish I could give this dunkins 0 stars. Came here today and could barely put my order in because the employees were laughing and talking to each other so loudly. After repeating my order 3 times they still gave me the wrong type of bagel. When I was handed my coffees the lids weren’t even on completely so I spilt some of it. They then charged me $ 0.27 for the extra cup I asked for, which was fine. However, the woman behind the counter forgot to even give it to me after I paid.
