We stop here often for a quick dinner. Salad bar is good and you can watch what you eat when counting calories. Had the Turkey Ruby Mini’s. They were hot fresh again reasonable on the calories.

Just started going to Ruby Tuesday about a month ago with Elia, Carrie, and Bill and the food is excellent there. Some of my favorite dished there are the Rib Eye Steak, Crab cakes, Glazed Pork chop, and the Salmon. There is also a salad bar there as well if you are looking for a good starter. When I arrive at ruby Tuesday with my party, i’m always seated right away, server comes over and takes a drink order and suggests an appitizer. next, the main entrée order is taken and served. The server always does a check back to make sure everything is okay. Later the dessert order is taken and the check is brought over. I always find that the servers there are very tentive and I always see a manager walking around and over seeing the restaurant as well.

The worst, most unattentive staff, ever. I have been here dozens of times. It has never improved. You walk in, and often, there is nobody at the hostess station, OR it’s 5 young, giggly girls gossiping with their backs turned to you. Eventually, you get seated(if the hostess can finish on her phone first) and pray that you don’t sit in the area behind that station, or else you have to listen to their mindless, non-stop chatter. Yes, the waitresses and hostessses, bartenders and the goofy manager all stand by the front station and gossip, loudly, or a group stands there and just stares at the customers. Oh yes, comfortable. Most of the staff smokes out back, in full view of the parking lot, and then go to serving your food. You can smell them wreaking of smoke, and they don’t seem to understand how disgusting it is. Food is all brought out at once, even though I asked for time between apps and main course, so the food would be hot when I got to it… No clue, no care.

Ordered a steak and requested that being it was an IQF product that the kitchen take it out of the vacu-sealed bag and let it rest prior to cooking it. Wanted a tender steak not a tough one. The manager came out and abruptly told me they would not do that. It was against company policy. So I am guessing company policy is to ruin food and improperly train your kitchen staff on the proper preperation of food. Bagged salads and frozen seafood products. Corporate trashy food. Bad service. It is about table turnover and not the enjoyment of eating. Not going back.

Food was below average. Nothing to rave about. Staff was inattentive and didn’t feel like they wanted to be be there. There were only two other tables there during the dinner hour and the staff sat on their cell phones most the time. It seemed like only one person was doing any work. It felt like they were trying to rush us out the door.

The staff here is terrible. I walked in smiling and happy and the hostess looked at me as if to say ‘why are you here’. Restaurants should be mindful of the first person that your guests see. It sets the tone for the entire experience! This one was horrible! So, I’m past the bad greeting and now the server arrives and she is just as off putting as the hostess. Ok, so the food arrives. Worst food I’ve ever eaten. The chicken on the sampler was overcooked. The cheese fries were soggy and the Thail rolls were bland, hard and cold!

I’ve been going here for years. One time I was at the bar and no kidding a fully naked college aged guy walked inside to the hostess stand and says«hey how you doing?», then runs outside chasing after his friends who decided to drive away as a joke. What I don’t like is the bitching between all the employees. Why can’t people have a normal intelligent conversation? Also when I need something I don’t care you’re in the middle of a rant about someone to your coworker, shutup and get me what I need. I was a waiter for a long time, the customer comes first. This is why I gave 2 stars. The chicken strip appetizer for 7.99 was hot and fresh with great breading, but very small for the price. The hot med mild choice doesn’t mean shit. I chose hot and it was mild tasting. Salad bar was great! Only 2.99 and it filled me up. The menu is pretty basic imo. Nothing jumped out at me. I like more adventurous food. I think the cooks are pretty skillful and the food is made properly however! I might get the chicken broccoli alfredo next time. Overall good and I will go back, they just have bad attitudes. Say something positive or talk nice about someone rather than being negative!

The food here was not good at all i got the sampler plate and everything looked like it was previously frozen. The chicken fingers were very boring with little to no taste, only reason I gave the place a two star is because the service was good and the atmosphere wasn’t bad the restaurant felt very comfortable.

I have always been a fan of Ruby Tuesday’s although we have had some bad experiences, but after going there tonight I think I am all done with the place. Both my boyfriend and my burger were raw… not rare but RAW, I’m talking still mooing and we both requested medium temps. The waiter(who was trying really hard) took the burgers back and said it would be 5 – 10 minutes for new ones, after about 20 minutes we got new burgers. The thing that bothered me was no offer to comp the burgers or anything, being regular customers I figured they would have at least taken 1 off but no. I understand restaurants don’t want to lose money but in the long wrong they end up losing customers all together! Not to mention I saw 3 other tables send there meals back for undercooked/overcooked food. The customers I saw did not look happy, and the manager was just walking around the restaurant pretending to be «checking up on things» but was avoiding any eye contact with all the dissatisfied customers. I just am so sick of wasting money on bad service and food!!!

At one time, Ruby Tuesday’s was a fine establishment. A few years ago, they decided to go to a more«upscale» look with the interior of their locations. The Nashua location IMHO is a disaster. We go every 6 – 9 months to see if it has improved and can state that it has not. The salad bar is still OK but all else is a basic failure from the food to the prices to the service. To go for lunch should be a breeze but our experience took over 1 hour for a simple order. They will promise rolls and then not bring them. And if they do, you wish they had at least brought 10 since they are so small… I really liked Ruby Tuesdays and continue to hope that they will get their act together but they are too high priced for the food they serve. This location will not survive at this rate(or rating…)

Been coming here for years quite frequently and haven’t ever had a bad experience. The wait staff is always friendly and we’re always seated without a wait; even during prime time. The food comes out fast and the salad bar is super fresh. Drinks are tasty and aren’t too weak like most chain places. Oh, and prices are great too! Lots of $ 10 plates that include the salad bar like turkey sliders makes the perfect meal early or late!

was up north taking advantage of some tax free shopping and wanted a light dinner without a fuss or bother, so we made a trip to Ruby Tuesday’s… It was early and while we didn’t feel like we were dealing with the senior citizen early bird special, the place(other than the bar) was pretty empty. We’d never been up to this RT before, and we were pleasantly surprised. It was pretty immaculate(except for the sticky floor in the men’s room… ewwwwww). Service was good, the price was right and the food was pretty good and predictable. I had the bacon cheese burger with two sides(mac and cheese and zucchini), while not typically burger sides, were OK… my dining companion had turkey sliders and the salad bar. The salad bar was good for a chain, at least there were no grazers hanging around… We got a decent meal with decent service and another plus, it was away from the mall traffic.

This is one of the worst restaurants I have ever been to! The service is slow and the servers are not nice at all. The food is mediocre at best. Salad bar is probably the best thing there which is pretty sad. I’ve really been disappointed with all the Ruby Tuesdays I’ve been to and this is another example of that. Very disappointing.

I’ve always liked Ruby Tuesday for their salad bar, until recently. I am sure it is a corporate thing, but the salad bar is so sparse as of late! No grapes, only half as many pasta/potato salads, etc. There’s just hardly anything there. Also, the service is usually great(one waitress in particular whose name I am forgetting) but my fiancé and I went Saturday night and it was pretty rough. Our server seemed to have forgotten we were there. The place was busy and everyone around us was complaining so we didn’t make a fuss or anything. It just seemed odd. The place is usually pretty good. For a chain, it’s decent I would say.

Had a wonderful lunch here the other day. I was really impressed by this place. We took two kids here for lunch, and found the service and food to be just awesome. They had placemats and crayons for the kids, which they loved. They serve a brunch menu until 3:00(alongside their normal menu). I chose this brunch menu thing which was chicken strips on a muffin with scrambled eggs and a hollindaise sauce with tomato and lettuce. It was PERFECT. Such a nice dish. Potatoes on the side. AND — this is awesome — the salad bar was a whopping $ 1 extra! And it’s unlimited! AND it’s HUGE and super-fresh! I checked the lettuce too — no brown or sogginess here! Tons of other stuff — cheeses, mushrooms, carrots, olives, bunch of dressings. I thought it was amazing and a GREAT deal! Everyone else truly loved their lunches. And our server was awesome too — he checked on us a lot and made sure the kids were all set. I am not much for chains, but this experience really put Ruby Tuesday up on a pedastal for me. Ha. So if you’re in the area, please do check out this place for lunch!!!

So while being a national chain I actually like this place when looking for something cheap and simple. The drinks are cheap(most $ 5) and they offer pitchers of Sangria for 12 so you basically get 4 drinks for the price of 2ish when you buy one. The Sangria is also surprisingly good. I know most people go for the salad bar, but I actually hate salad bars so I pass on it. Although, I really really like the croutons they have. They are some sort of dark rye and I think they must sprinkle some crack in them or something since I always eat some. The prices for everything are very low and the selections are pretty good. I like the burgers and the entrees are also good. I would not compare it to fine dining, but its certainly better than fast food or any of the other quick serve type restaurants in the area. The service has always been professional and quick which is not usually the case in other cheap restaurants.
