Went through drive thru menu sign not on still broken after a month Ordered 2 fish sandwiches they were old tough horrible, no telling how log the fish had been sitting around. This was the second time that this happened you would think that I would have learned after the first time but I believe in giving second chances. Never again though! When I tried to call this morning to complain the phone line was eternally busy. I will never go to that nasty place again.

Sunday lunch. Staff is poorly trained and was complaining it was too busy. They wouldn’t take more than one coupon unless we split our party. Service was slow.
The roof leaks and the walls are stained and the tables weren’t cleaned. Thankfully the Whopper tasted as it should but the fries were cold and the soda tasted like paper.

This place is very close to where I work and have been going here since August. The service at best is mediocre. Generally you wait an extended time for your food, but I have dealt with it since it is very close. This past Monday, I literally stood at the counter for five minutes on my lunch from work. Multiple people saw me standing there, but not one person said anything. I finally left. This BK appears to be in need of some better management.

If I could give less stars I would. Many upon many issues with this BK. Won’t ever go again. They screw up the order 9 out of ten times and I have complained but all I get is excuses.
If you like BK AVOID THIS ONE!!!

It’s the BK lounge and it is not MCD thus it is good. Never had an issue here and normally don’t review a place like this but the review with 1 star sounds off to me.
If we have to do fast food burgers then BK is the place.
