I love how friendly the staff was and how conscious they were of my budget for my contacts and glasses. Overall, I got everything for under $ 100! They were really honest with me and were able to answer all of my questions!

The eye doctors here are great! I get all my contacts through lenscrafters & not only do I go here my husband gets his glasses here & our daughter gets her glasses, sunglasses, & sports glasses here! Customer service is top notch!

Thank gosh there was a Cohens Optical in the mall. I was not greeted or asked if I needed any assistance. I was very disappointed. Felt like I didn’t matter. I was ready to buy but that wasn’t important to this team. Consumers, we have power and we have a voice… Avoid this location in the PLM and go elsewhere. You won’t be disappointed.

Lenscrafters, no good. Mr. Miyagi buy very expensive Transitions lenses, Lenscrafters say will put in 1 hour. Lenscrafters say they sell Transitions lenses, but they actually sell cheap knockoffs. After 1 year lenses start to deteriorate around edge. Mr. Miyagi bring back to Lenscrafters, they say Miyagi no clean properly. Miyagi only use cloth that come with glasses. Lenscrafters tell Miyagi is customary to upgrade glasses lenses every year. Every year? Don’t think so. Mr. Miyagi go another year with fake Transitions, cleaning very carefully with water and special cloth that come with glasses. The fake Transitions lenses continue to deteriorate, very fuzzy around edge, but can still see through them. Miyagi wait another year, go back to Lenscrafters and ask angry man at desk what is wrong with glasses. Lensecrafters big, unhappy man say «New England weather is very unpredictable, that and improper cleaning has scratch lenses.» Lenscrafters blame weather, blame Miyagi, blame everyone. Man very rude. Mr. Miyagi go to Lenscrafters competition, they say real Transitions lenses have sunglass magic built within the lense itself, they say lenses Lenscrafters sold Mr. Miyagi have spray on lense that slowly break down over time, NOT Transition lense. Mr. Miyagi buy new glasses at Lenscrafters competition, Cohens. For price of fake Transitions at Lenscrafters Miyagi get eye exam, glasses AND snazzy sunglasses, too! Mr. Miyagi now big pimpin! Many lady say to Miyagi, «nice glasses big pimp daddy mac!» One at a time ladies, plenty of Miyagi twerk action to go around. Woot woot!
