Absolute rip off. Got a tiny little cup of pork and about three leaves of lettuce for $ 7! And filthy… Never again!

The food is ok but the restaurant is under staffed, slow and as clean as a gas station toilet. Bring your own disinfectant if your are dinning in. In a word, it’s gross here.

They have a wonderful menu of fresh food grilled for the those in a hurry or on the go. I had the ¼ grilled chicken and pork loin with yellow rice and veggies and a Cesar salad. I have eaten another salad here before and it was amazing. I wish they offered another salad instead of Cesar for a side item. I would recommend this place and will eat here again but I won’t order Cesar salad again

For a fast food restaurant, you can’t go wrong here. They use quality ingredients with their offerings at a decent price. I’m a huge fan of mojo pork, and the Troppichop. Great place to go for lunch with your coworkers.

I am a huge fan of Pollo Tropical and I wish we had one in DC, I try to eat here whenever I visit Florida. I would give this place more than 3 stars because I love the food but the service at this particular location was lacking. The employees were nice, but the lack of communication caused them to mess up on my order. I waited about 15 minutes until someone realized that they didn’t have a ticket for my order.
The women were nice and tried to make my food as fast as they could once they realized that I was waiting. And because of the language barrier, some of the items I ordered were no longer available but the girl didn’t know how to communicate that to me so one of the cooks had to come over and explain.

I was trying to eat healthier even though it’s fast food… Went to this location 3 times in 2 weeks — NEVER did they get the order right… They are ridiculous! I rather to drive further away and get what I want than to go here and eat whatever they decide to feed me… I am writing a letter to corporate!

Love how it feels like a restaurant but is actually a fast food place. You order and sit down. There’s a salsa bar.
Very disappointed in the food. Had eaten their catered food from work and loved the beans and rice. However from the restaurant it was tasteless and cold.
Everything we ordered was cold except the chicken and the potatoes were burnt.
We asked for mashed potato instead and that was cold.
Cashier acted like he needed a vacation and did not like the fact I ordered only beans and rice, though my husband ordered a full meal and other sides, plus flan.
The flan btw was good but a little bitter, could have used whipped cream.
