Best Pizza in Naples — hands down, case closed!
I like to sit in the lounge, have a glass of wine, and chat with Janine the bartender.

I had a nice pizza, but it was a 7 on a scale of 10 for me. Not sure I’d return. Still looking for a great Pizza place in Naples area.

Best damn pizza I have ever had. Order before hand on their website and schedule delivery. The veal marsela is also excellent. I have had different meals from them and they are all very tasty. They have a lunch special of two slices and soda for $ 6.00. Worth every penny.

I really thought this was a family-​owned restaurant the pizza was good but the service really did suck I was very disappointed when we first walked in the guy was not customer friendly we were there on Saturday the 4^th at 4 o’clock and the guy I don’t know if he was a manager not cool dude but I really did enjoy your pizza thank you Margie from Cape Coral.

I ordered a shrimp scampi pizza and a small Sicilian for pick up. I go to pick up the pizza and pay and as I get home I noticed grease from the pizza box has leaked onto the seat of my car.
That’s the first big problem.
I hit it with some palm olive and try to get out the stain… it’s still drying, who knows if it will come out…
Next, I get inside and the scampi pizza is actually chicken… I call the store back, he argues that it is for sure shrimp and this pisses me off bc I know the difference between chicken and shrimp like are you kidding me…
He offers (Alex-​a manager) to have them come bring me a new pizza – from reviews I have read here that would be like another hour – and says they will pick up the other pizza? Like really?
I said no, refund my money and make this right, I didn’t get what I ordered and don’t have anymore time to waste on this.
My advice: double check your order there, and definitely lay something down in your car before putting this greasy pizza on your floor or seat in your car.

Unbelievably bad. At least they refunded a part of the order.

The service over the phone for carry out was poor, she left out important details regarding the extra amount of time their deep dish pizza compared to the rest of my order. She also told me the wrong number of slices for the deep dish — she said 6, but there was twelve — so we ended up with way too much. The white pizza was very good, but the deep dish was burnt and left a lot to be desired. Overall the experience was very disappointing. Would not return or recommend.

Overall: pricey but considering the locality, ok I guess. The girl who took the phone order was nice.
I’ve eaten. «In» many times. the pizza seems to taste better than the take out version.
My Recommendation: for the money. You. Could likely get the same quality at Walmart (red baron self rising crust) for a Fraction of the cost. I don’t understand where this area gets off believing that a pizza is worth 25 bucks. Sorry.

If I could give 0, I would. We had pizza delivered twice (we decided to give them a second chance). The pizza both times was soggy. The second time it looked like the driver to a corner at 90mph, because one the pizza had its entire top slid to one side of the box. Horrible.

Just ordered an XL Pepperoni Pie and it was delicious. It tasted just like back home in NY/​NJ. I’m here visiting my family and they were so pleased with the taste. I will say, it took an hour to get here and we are only 7 miles away. But other than that, the pizza tasted great.

Our service was good, so overall no complaints. I wouldn’t say it’s the best I ever had (except for the Sangria, which WAS the best ever!) but if we were in the area, we would go back, skip the pasta and do Sangria and Pizza.

This review is NOT on the food from NYPP, again, it is on the delivery time & attitude of the staff about the delivery time. First, let me say– they have some of the best pizza & pasta around. This is the second time I have ordered delivery & have been told it would take about 45 minutes. Tonight, we waited well over an hour for a delivery for 2 people. We had to call 2 times to check on the status. There was no apology when he got here over an hour after we ordered. Apparently, when your food is excellent, you really can care less about customer service. If someone would have called & said, hey sorry we are running behind, that would have gone a long way.

See my check-​in. As I stated, a typical lazy Naples establishment. They are unwilling or too lazy to make any «exceptions» to their menu even if you can’t eat one item on a dish and wish to substitute it for a same priced item… I would recommend hiring a more competent kitchen staff that can «handle the heat» of exchanging onion for ham… Is that so difficult?
Anyway, certainly not a place to go out of your way to try unless it’s only to visit the lovely Jeannette in the lounge!
Otherwise, there are MORE than enough QUALITY pizza restaurants that are capable of making changes and happy for my year round business!

Tonight was my final straw with this place. I just waited 1 hour, 43 minutes (that’s not including the amount of time I allotted for them to process the order) for a gnocchi dinner and a salad. My pasta was cold, like it had been sitting for an hour. The lack of organization from this establishment is beyond disappointing. I have ordered from here so many times and I think maybe 2 of those times were issue free. I’ve had the «computer issue» to the «busy restaurant» spiel one too many times.

What garbage pizza and delivery service. You know I haven’t written a review in 2 years and I am so mad right now at this place because of the lack of care I was given. I understand you are busy and all that the computers were screwed up and you delivered to the wrong house, but holy shit the pizza you gave me was two hours late and complete shit. I mean if a real New Yorker ate your shit 711 pizza he would die. This place has gone down hill fast. Every time I order a pizza it comes cold or luke warm. How the hell can that happen when I live less then a mile away? If you live in NY, NJ, or NE don’t order the pizza is complete shit. FUCK YOU NY WANNA BE PIZZA AND SHIT PASTA!!!

Sorry, has gone down hill fast… no more delivery orders from me… used to be decent but is very disappointing now… much better places in North Naples… will go back to Manginos next time… really want to like it but they never seem to get it right…

Probably my fault for getting pizza outside of the NY/​CT. We wanted something quick to go one night in Naples and settled on pizza. Unilocal pointed me to this place as the best pizza in town. It was completely fully on a Saturday night, luckily I called ahead. Went with an XL pepperoni/​onion and a small margherita. Both were boring and forgettable. Pepperoni was flat, not the crispy cups of grease I’ve come to love on pizza. Crust was tasteless. Margherita pizza needed salt. I had leftovers the next day which tasted better than day 1 but still not enough to warrant a better rating.

Ez Italian food usually crowded so get there early! Usually get the pizza and find ourselves too full to order entrees. So be careful!

Rockefeller Eggplant yummy! Awesome thin crust pizza, shrimp scampi, salads, etc…
A definite must try while you’re visiting the area!
Service is great! We will definitely be back and will recommend this place to everyone!

Ok. I have been on a search for good pizza and FINALLY had some delivered last week. WOW! We ate the entire pizza. I ordered the shrimp scampi pizza and it was AWESOME! No, really! I know it sounds weird but man, I want another one! I’m picky about the crust but this crust did it for me. It wasn’t «doughy» like I’ve had at other local places.
I will try the other items… but, I will order THAT pizza over and over… it was fantastic!

Pretty good! I would definitely order from here again. The calzone was really good… much like the calzone from Bella Mozzerella. Huge, filled with Mozzerella and ricotta cheese… the real calzone.
Pizza was thin crust, definitely NY style. Big pieces and tastes like it does in NY.
Delivery came quick. The cannoli was good too.
