Just plain gross. I have stayed at several locations, but this one was disgusting. I refused to use the shower due to the dirty bottom. My husband and I both were disappointed and the breakfast was pathetic. We paid over $ 150 for the room and it was a huge disappointment. The room smelled of cigarette smoke even though is said ‘no smoking’…yeah right. The bed came with three tiny pillows. When we requested for a couple more it took over 30 minutes and only one was found. I will be writing to corporate with pictures provided.

Horrible experience. Avoid at all cost!!! First our keys don’t work. Come back down, get new keys, still don’t work. Come back down, now I’m getting annoyed. Person behind the desk was polite and said she would come and try it herself after making a third set of keys. Keys didn’t work for her either. She was able to open it with her master key and said the batteries were dead and she would send maintenance. Maintenance came and after fiddling with it for 20 minutes said the following(I couldn’t make this up if I tried): «Well, I can’t get it to work, but not sure if it’s the batteries or not because I tried every battery I had and since I’m not sure if any of them are good or dead,(he then points at a container filled with old AA batteries) only way would be for me to go buy a new pack and try them. « Am I getting punked? I’m getting punked, right? Please someone tell me I’m getting punked!!! Here’s a thought. HOWABOUTBRINGING A NEWPACKTOBEGINWITH??? Seriously??? We packed up and went back downstairs and asked for another room. Keys worked! Yeah!!! Well not so fast, bucko! First, the deadbolt did not work. Couldn’t lock the door. Second, thermostat showed it was set for 65 degrees, as low as it could get, but temperature could not have been lower than 75. Bed was hard, pillows were small and so squishy, if you squeezed them between your hand you could feel which of your fingers had rings on them, and best of all… little tiny bugs on the carpet(which we didn’t see until the next morning otherwise we would have bolted that very night). Also forgot a shirt in first room they could not find the next morning. A shirt I would not have lost if I had not had to change rooms. Never again!!!

My family reserved a room here through . Upon arrival front desk(Stavia) was very nice, informative, and welcoming. However shortly after we checked in it started raining and our cable and internet services failed. We took turns showering and an hour later still had no service. Finally I called the front desk and very cheerily was informed«Thats just what happens when it rains». I asked if that’s a common occurrence where when you have no choice but to stay in your room because it’s raining you also are forced to basically just sleep as there is no cable or internet to entertain yourself with — again I was reassured that this«always happens» and it’s «not that bad». Maybe if I was here working I wouldn’t mind being without entertainment services but I’m here to unwind and that’s not possible now. We were looking forward to actually reserving an additional night but will be going somewhere else to wrap up our weekend. I’m glad we bid on priceline and got a deal because I’d be super upset if I had paid upwards of $ 125 for this evening. The place is clean and staff is friendly I just don’t think it’s worth the money when there’s no WiFi and then anytime it rains you lose the broadband & cable service. It seems like common sense that in South Florida you need to have entertainment services that are reliable weather not pending.

After visiting another La Quinta in Miami, I realize how awesome this hotel is and how much I appreciate the service, cleanliness and special rate. This was home away from home for me for three months while I relocated.

Terrible hotel stay! This hotel is just plain creepy. Hallways reeked of marijuana and cigarettes. Hotel seemed to be full of grimy out of state construction workers, who enjoyed hanging out in the hallways and parking lot, drinking beers literally all night. Parking lot did not feel safe, and work trucks were parked in all of the close parking spots. Parking lot is poorly lit. I was woke up once around 1am from noise in the parking lot, and looked outside to see group of people just standing out there. Difficult to sleep because I was worried about my car. Had to be at a meeting the next morning at 8am. The next morning when I went to leave around 7:45 am for the meeting I was greeted in the parking lot by a crack head looking woman screaming she had been raped by 2 men in the parking lot, who were trying to prevent her from leaving. When I tried to go back inside the doors were locked!!! Another man in the parking lot who had been locked out called police. What kind of hotel locks the guests out putting them in danger??? Seriously awful!

Good location at the southern end of Naples just before hitting Alligator Alley. Tucked in behind a new Mcdonald’s, the hotel offers peace and quiet just off of the Interstate. Breakfast was the normal hot fare, but the breakfast area was a bit nicer than many hotels. Staff was friendly as well.

My boyfriend and I went to Naples for a mini vacation and thought we should stay at La Quinta especially since it was renovated. When we got there Friday evening the check in was smooth. When we entered the room there was what looked like a purifier machine on and it made the room smell awkward. The next day we left the room around 10 and came back to the hotel because we forgot something and the machine was on. It looked like the cleaning lady turned it on but didn’t clean our room. We were out till about 4 – 430 and to our surprise the room WASNOTCLEANED!!! We were furious! I complained to the front desk that the room wasn’t cleaned and it had a funky smell. We were exhausted from the day and just wanted to relax before we left for dinner. During our relax/nap(which by the way we had our Do Not Disturb sign on the door) we were woken up not once, not twice, but three times. First, by a guy checking out internet which was fine. Then, the cleaning lady wanting to clean our room while there. Finally, the cleaning lady came back to clean our room again. Then, someone from the front desk call my boyfriends cell phone instead of the room telling him that she thought we wanted service and my boyfriend was explaining that we needed the service when we were gone not there. We finally left Sunday and it’s a relief. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. The employees apparently don’t know how to read nor know which rooms they cleaned. They remodeled the hotel for nothing. Not going back to this place again.

Reserved for 3 nights executive suite, overall pretty good service, hate that gym closes early. Breakfast can get crazy because area is pretty small. The self serve waffle machine is a terrible idea, it is an accident waiting to happen. I have one at home so I know how to use it, people were almost burning their hand and didn’t know how to operate it, slowing down the lines to all other foods. Clean and pretty reasonable prices for rooms. Very small pool but overall quiet nice location.
