I would like to begin by stating that I am a long time resident of Old Naples. I have been using the service of a cleaners for over 30 years. This cleaner touts itself on service above all else. While this has not been a problem over the past 5 years of using Jerry’s for some reason recent trips in the past few months have resulted in much less than favorable results both in the quality of the clothing received and the customer service received when attempting to correct these matters. While the staff are not rude, they also do not concern themselves with the customer. When asked for things to be starched heavy, then that is what should be provided at pickup. I would not recommend this cleaner if you are someone that is concerned with a «crisp» image. Over recent months the service has continued to decline and now when I receive my clothes back they are regularly pressed in a manner that enhances the wrinkles around all of the upper arm and sleeve areas. Spots that had been pointed out are not tended to, and please note these are very evident marks left on the clothing. The shorts and pants are already wrinkled and marbled looking by the time they are picked up within 24 hours of being cleaned. As a quick overview the clothes look like they were cleaned and lightly pressed to dry them. No care is taken, but yet this cleaner does charge the highest price of any other cleaner in Naples. I was fine with this if the clothing comes out to my satisfaction. Unfortunately, if the price is not commiserate with the quality then it is time to move on. Farewell Jerry’s.

I put off cleaning my fragile sheer white shower curtain with palm trees embroidered on it because I could not replace it and the whole bathroom was decorated around it. It was very yellowed and had many rustlike stains on it. I was embarrassed to bring it in, but I thought, after reading reviews, Jerry’s might be my last chance to save it. They warned me it was going to be difficult. When I went to pick it up, I was prepared to be told it was impossible. To my shock, it looked like new! They are the best!

I love this place. Super fair prices. Great service. Quick turn around. Won’t use anyone else. The staff is awesome. ;-)

Ruined my clothes and denied they did it !!

A shadow of what it used to be. New management (?) does not care one iota about customer service. Took a dress shirt in to have it cleaned and they shredded the collar then tried to make excuses why they shouldn’t compensate me (even partially).
Totally dishonest and slimy behavior. I doubt the owner of the business knows what is going on in his shop.
