Ate lunch here Thursday and it was pretty good. Seemed to have a steady flow of customers coming in. Our waitress was very nice and attentive. Food was good and price was what I would expect. With the groupon they are offering it makes it more of a deal. We will be back

Good old BBG., French onion still the best in town, fish tacos, a little taste of chimichurrie!!! Thank you Aaron! I especially appreciate he does charades to figure out the menu! Woo hoo Aaron … We also love Bobby. And Nick and mike!!! Yes yes BBG!!!

My wife an I have visited this establishment a number of times, so I feel that I can give a fair and accurate review of this establishment.
Boston Beer Gardens, (BBG) has a very spacious and wide-​open feel, with a huge bar located in the middle of the restaurant, surrounded by ample seating in booths. BBG also has a covered outdoor bar and outdoor dinning, there’s also has an area, outdoors that can be reserved for your special outdoor event.
We have always been greeted, by a friendly and helpful hostess/​server. The food is above average, always served fresh from the grill in a timely manner. The Italian eggrolls are to die for.
Do yourself a favor while visiting the North Naples area & make this a go to stop in your travels, you will not be disappointed.

I went to dinner with my parents. when we arrived we were promptly seated in a booth. The restaurant had screens all over as well as at the table to watch the game of your choice, as we were watching two, it was perfect. My parents are both 100% beer snobs and were very very happily surprised that they had such a strong selection of obscure craft beers, both were delighted. I had the house margarita which packed a punch. I was between a few things on the menu and the server walked me through them all then gave me a suggestion for the blue cheese and bacon burger. I am so so glad that she did, it was fantastic. Cooked exactly how I ordered and fantastic blue cheese flavor, inside the patty and on top. YUM. My mom had the french dip which was very tender and had a flavorful ajus sauce, and the horseradish aoli which I kept stealing for my fries because it was so tasty. My dad had the bbq po boy which he really enjoyed. Would absolutely go back again!

Sat at the outside bar last night to watch the Patriot’s game and I have to say the bartender was lacking in any personality at all, she was miserable. What is so hard about getting a bartender who has a little bit of customer service skills?

Steak tips were amazing and had perfect amount of sauce. They overcooked my burger but the manager immediately came to the table to rectify the situation. Several televisions to choose from and the waitresses were very friendly.

Ordered the chicken quesadilla and the chimichurri steak tips. The quesadilla had a really funky taste to it, the only thing that made it edible was the guacamole. The chimichurri had great flavor but there wasn’t quite enough of it and the veggies were glued together like it’d been made and then frozen and reheated. The rice for the steak tips was the only real highlight.

Unfortunately, we had a terrible experience. Service was atrocious, eye-​rolling included when we were not ready to order drinks right away. Our first server Jessica «switched off» with a different server when a party of good looking men came in to eat. I guess they were going to be a better table. They got my order wrong, and I waited an additional 15 minutes after the other orders were delivered. Delicious drinks– that’s why the 1 star. Never again.

Nice place to chill and watch the game. I think the beer prices are fairly on point with Naples, I wouldn’t go out of my way to go here but if I was in Naples (I live in Estero) I wouldn’t hesitate to stop in. Solid food.

It was very warm in there even with the blinds pulled. The server wasn’t very friendly or attentive. Beer wasn’t very cold. Nachos were awesome! I got the short rib Mac and cheese. The short rib was delicious. Pasta was over cooked not much flavor. Friends got steak. One was cooked properly. The other needed sent back to the grill. They enjoyed them. Portions were large. Service needs improvement.

Don’t come to this restaurant if you have a big party. We came here with 8 families after a softball tournament and was told they couldn’t split the bill between families after our drink order was taken. Everything was to be on one bill and we would have to figure out each families food bill. We are here as paying customers, why do we have to figure it out? How different is it with having 8 families at different tables? Also, it took forever to get our food order in. The manager came to the table to give us excuses instead of either helping our waitress out or finding someone to help her. One waiter for 20 people! At the end we were presented with a beverage tab and a food tab to figure each of everyone’s cost. Terrible experience.

Great food and service. Always something interesting on the menu. Great ambiance for a sports bar!

We had an early supper there tonight. I had fish and my husband had ribs. Both were very good. There was an error with my side and the waitress handled it professionally. Also the manager followed up. That was nice. Prices were good, portions medium, and the food fresh and hot. Staff were all friendly and welcoming.

They have great wings at a great price! Truffle fries were also good. Went late at night so it wasn’t very busy, so the service was good. Lots & lots of tvs, however we went there to see the mma fights & they didn’t carry them…

Celebrated here after the annual Hits Endurance race in the city. I’m personally not a beer drinker but the guys I was with loved the beer selection here. We all had burgers… I had a turkey burger with tots. Juicy! One guy had Parmesan fries and I promise I’m getting those next time! I had a dragon berry mojito and «MANE!!» It was tasty. Great atmosphere and spot to watch sports. Televisions everywhere you look. Going back next year

Honestly, they just need to take the salads off of the menu. The house salad was less than a plate full of iceberg lettuce and some lackluster tomatoes and cucumbers. I added shrimp which tasted much better than it looked, but the whole thing was terrible overall. After my $ 14 – 15 salad, I was both hungry and unsatisfied.
My partner had the goat cheese salad. There was even less on her plate than mine. Albeit, the lettuce was a little more colorful. Craisins, foam-​like grilled apples, and too sweet dressing summed up the experience.
It’s also notable that the beer selection is TERRIBLE. As a general rule of thumb, if they sell it at the gas station, they also sell it on draft here at this «beer garden.» Added drafts were Toasted Lager and a Magic Hat IPL deal. Sad.
The experience left me wondering… why on earth this place is called a beer garden? Why can’t they make a decent salad? Why didn’t I try Rusty’s next door?

Went for lunch on a Sunday so I cannot attest to their bar service although I can say there bar is ENORMOUS and they also have an outdoor bar where, I understand, they have live performances.
Service: Very friendly. Everyone that came to our table was very polite and attentive.
Food: Had the smoke house chili and NE clam chowder to start-​both very good.
French dip sandwich was ok, not bad, not great. Felt like it was missing something. I think they just cut the meat and place it in the buns without dipping it first so it comes off as a bit dry and bland. Also, the au jous is served in a bowl so narrow, you have to eat away at your sandwich strategically to get it to fit in the bowl.
The sweet fries were great, not greasy and perfectly crisp.
Short Rib is tasty. You can taste the stout in the sauce and it was very tender as well.
The french fries were AMAZING, not greasy, nice and crispy… perfect. My hubs was not crazy about the coleslaw but I didn’t get to try it.
Ambiance: again, it was a quiet Sunday afternoon so nothing «happening» was taking place. You cannot miss a game with the plethora of tvs though.
Overall, a pleasant experience!

Great atmosphere with plenty of tvs and beer selection for sports watching. That being said the food was incredibly mediocre. Pretty much frozen to fried type deal. Nothing seemed fresh, the boneless wings were chewy and dry, the chicken blt was blah, fish was also not fresh.

I usually come here for late night and just sit at the bar, this time I had dinner in the dining area. I may just continue to sit at the bar when I come.
Service was no bueno and food was decent. Our server was Cindy… I know this because her name is listed on the check. When she approached the table with menus, she didn’t greet us, tell us her name, specials or even ask us what we wanted to drink. She just stood and smiled until we told her what we wanted to drink.
Ordered an appetizer– the potato skins… they were good and bigger than what I expected. I posted a photo. The entrees were okay… I had the turkey tips and the BF has the NY strip steak. I won’t order those again. I don’t have much more to say about this visit.
It’s gonna be a while before I return.

BBG? Not sure which beer garden this is supposed to look like but here you go.
I’ve been here during happy hour and late evenings. In general the staff when the get to you seem hurried. I’m guessing it may because they are overwhelmed with customers or its just the way they do business. Just a warning don’t expect better service just because you are sitting or standing at the bar.
The screens are large but at times its just hard to watch a certain football game during season I wonder if this is the reason NCH put an out patient therapy center on the other side of the parking lot.
This is a big upgrade for what was once known as Hicky’s Irish pub. I sometimes wish it still was, just because, bigger is not always better. The service is not great but its not the worst so.
