My 9 year old took a kids yoga class there and has now fallen in love with yoga. Her instructor (Yogini?) was Julia and did a wonderful job working with her and was very supportive. I’d def recommend!

Always a pleasure walking through to the friendly front desk ladies.
I see the owner from time to time in my Kundalini Yoga class. She is truly a focused, energetic lady.
I like most of the retail and the juices are phenomenal! I haven’t really tried all the classes because I generally go for the Kundalini classes and the GongBath workshop, but I see how people interact with each other. Very friendly environment. And I love that it’s close to my house. :)
