I’ve been a fan of Anahata since their inception here in Naples, and am quite pleased. This awesome gem of a yoga studio is centrally located close to downtown. The dedicated staff are there to inspire, uplift, energize and heal. I’m fond of their array of classes, suitable to what ever mood or fitness level I’m feeling on a particular day. Every time I walk into Anahata, I feel welcome and comfortable. I always leave with a spring in my step. Whether you live here or are visiting Naples, I recommend Anahata for maintaining your yoga practice w their variety of quality offerings.

This place is awesome I love visiting and taking Yoga classes and workshops to get me back in line centered balanced and all that positive stuff! :-) big selection of gem stones, essential oils and yoga gear.
