So much to say here … I’ll do my best to keep it brief. Horrible business, with unethical practices! The cut and the workers did a good job, but watch out for the billing department and the man on the phone. I called them directly from an email i received from Amazon Local, he told me not to buy it from Amazon, that he’d honor the price. We had a long discussion about what I needed, which was weekly mowing maintenance, and he said I fell into the $ 27 /week range, so I signed up. The first week, I was billed $ 27, then the very next week, i was billed $ 45! No phone call, no email, just a charged amount of their own choosing without EVERONEDISCUSSION of what, where, why, who or when … Now, the part that really angers me, is $ 45 for my yard is sooooooooo outrageous, it’s actually funny they thought it would go unnoticed. However, if that’s your price, fine with me, say so up front and don’t just take it upon yourself to charge a customers credit card for an added amount without so much as a conversation. I have now been completely soured on all things upkeepcharlie, I wouldn’t use them for any service they provide, as I now see, is all household services. In my opinion, they’re billing department throws grenades and yells«fire in the hole» and hopes nobody notices the bait and switch on their credit card statements.
