Unlimited Tan

This place is really clean. Staff is a little to willing to help. I was getting ready to get my tan on when the girl from up front came in to the box while i was changing. Not sure if it was an honest mistake or she just wanted to checks big mike. Either way knock on the dam door

This is a good place if you’re on a budget. It’s clean and the staff is friendly. But it’s very very basic. The rooms have no amenities– no baby wipes (they do have one tiny alcohol wipe, like you get in a restaurant but never want to use on your skin), no deodorant, not even little trash cans. And one employee put me in a level 3 bed on my third visit, not a good idea. I asked about it, said I have only done a level 2, she said they are the same. She just didn’t know what she was doing. I prefer employees to be knowledgeable. If you can afford a nicer place, go somewhere else. But this is good enough for the cost.

Manager Vanessa is super nice and gives the best deals! Very clean beds and super modern. Amazing bulbs and I got great color!

I was nervous when they switched from Ultra Tan to Unlimited Tan but I couldn’t be happier with the change. Most of the staff stayed — who are all great. The new ‘membership’ plans save you a lot of money and are much more flexible. The beds here are WAY better than LA tan. The store is always clean and the staff is always friendly and helpful.

Wish I could give this place 0 stars! Make sure you have your cancellation notarized or they will continue to bill you. A simple call will not work. There is no communication at this place of business. It depends on who you get on the phone. They are incredibly rude! The owner Tony Glaudel refuses to call his customers. Very poor business etiquette!!! Please do not patronize this place.

Love this place, always clean, employees are nice and are knowledgeable about the packages and beds. Read your contracts and feel like nothing can go wrong!

If I could give this business 0 stars I would. The employees are rude and unhelpful. The one girl who worked there who actually was nice and knew what she was talking about was fired. The owner is someone I hope to never have contact with again. He is just money seeking and doesn’t give a crap about the customer. At the end of the day this company will steal your money and lie to your face. Worst tanning salon in Naperville. Biggest mistake was going to this business.

This is a major thank you to the person who ever thought of laying (and standing) inside of a coffin sized bin filled with lightbulbs… to tan your skin.
I came to Ultra Tan in a mad search of finding a reasonable priced place to tan the pasty white skin that has been haunting me more than a ghost clad in a white sheet.
Perched in a little lot, it’s easily accessible and perfect for making a lunch time pitstop or an out of town jaunt. The first thing to take note of is the cleanliness. As with other tanning salons, it’s not uncommon to see dust and have stale air wafting around, but not here. Another thing to take note, the staff. Everyone is friendly, welcoming and get you in and out quickly.
Price-​wise, I am still shocked by what the monthly dues are. By sticking with the Level 1 conventional beds, a monthly unlimited package is $ 30. Cheap. Super cheap that will get your body amped and ready to put down for a full on package to really spruce up the sun… er…bulbs.
Packages for other levels are equally as cheap and oh so worth it. Take a minute and go through which Level works best for you, guaranteed you will find a package that beats the conventional. I mean, it’s about keeping your body bronzed and sexy.
If you’ve forgotten your lotions, there’s a plethora of types of all different levels that will amplify the bulbs and get you to that perfect shade.
So happy to have made the move over to Ultra Tan which has become my 15 minute ritual to a fantasy Bahamas vacay.

This place is awesome. Clean, well-​designed, spacious, the staff are so nice, and the memberships and costs are the best I’ve encountered. I’ve been to LA Tan, Ultimate Exposure and some other small indepndents in the city, but nothing comes close to this place. Look no further!
My only wish is that they had more locations! :-)

I came here with my sister to get one last fake n bake in before vacation. This place is NICE. REALLY NICE. And cheaper than LA Tan!
Their level 1 beds are the most intense high tech level 1 beds I’ve ever been in. Really clean, really pretty, high tech tanning salon. You can get 30 tans for $ 30. They have level 1 beds with separate face tanners. I guess this isn’t impressive if you are a professional tanner, but I only do this once a year.
Though, the intense beds aren’t really designed well with the rooms they built them in. There isn’t any room for ventilation, so even on high fans, it’s still an oven. It was almost unbearable for 15 minutes.
