Made my drink way too sweet, it was obvious they put way too many pumps in. When I went to take it back they gave attitude about it, didn’t offer a free drink coupon (which all Starbucks do if they make a mistake). Gave me a grande instead but meant nothing to me since I don’t drink more than the tall size. Horrible customer service

I purposely drive out of my way to go to this starbucks as opposed to the one that is way closer to my house (showplace location sucks) and I never have a problem. They make my drinks correctly, the staff is friendly, and the drive thru isn’t too bad either. Thanks, Starbucks on 75th! :)

Did they get new baristas? They’ve messed up my drink the last three times I’ve been there. I just went through the drive thru and ordered a 2 pump vanilla latte. I waited until I got home to try it (big mistake). It was so disgustingly sweet. It was obvious the barista put more than two pumps in it. Five dollars is a lot for coffee. I would expect better at that price. I won’t be returning to this location.

Coffee was quick and tasted just like every other cup of Starbucks — slightly burnt and overpriced. This particular location was clean and the staff was very nice. It had a lot of seating, especially two person tables, which I prefer.
The drive thru line was ridiculously long when I showed up but can’t comment on if it moved fast or not.

Horrible horrible service. Every time I go they are so slow. Last time I waited in the drive thru for 20 minutes… To get my frappé which was half melted when I got to the window. They still gave me it. And it was $ 5.

Nice people who know their stuff, service is quick and polite. Only downside is that it’s a bit of a small location, but that isn’t much of a problem in the summer thanks to outside seating.

This could possibly be the slowest Starbucks ever sat at the window for two or three minutes while my drinks just sat there any employee took additional orders. I will not go back to this location.
It didn’t appear to be just my order every car took way longer than it should to go through the drive-​through.

Everytime I come here Iget alot done. Quiet in the evenings but it does get busy at certain times of the day so you might not be able to get a chair. For the most part a great ambiance for studying but they could put in jazzier music on their intercom.

Ok honestly this is not a bad location. I am only writing this bc I ordered the rustic turkey panini sandwich and it was disgusting. The sandwich is awful or it could just be that I am not a fan of it… I dont know but yuck… It was only after one bite… so I took another bit just to make sure and yup its gross… I should go back and get my money back. lucky for them I am on my lunch break… guess I am gonna starve at work today… grrrrr…and to add to my irritation my chai tea latte is watery… ok not good… cant go back here again…

Little more crowded/​cramped than I like my coffee shop. Drink was right on though.
I’d bypass this one for the other a little further down 75th unless your going to one of the other fine establishments in this general area.

Just started going here since I pass by here to my new work …
And yes this will be my favorite Starbucks from now on & they have a top notch barista in Jeanne … She treat everyone like a long lost cousin :)
They are not perfect but they know how to patch their tolerable mistakes.
This store is the replacement of Starbucks 6750 — Philippines for me !

This Starbucks is closest to work for me, it’s easy to get in and out, and the drive-​thru service is quick even when I’m waiting behind 3 or 4 cars.
Employees are friendly, and they haven’t messed up my order. This is a good location if you want to relax, use the wifi or chat with a friend since there’s more than a few tables and lots of space.
Coffee isn’t always as hot as I’d like it to be, but I’ve ordered breakfast twice and it sears the skin on the roof of my mouth, so I guess that’s a good thing?

I love Starbucks but this location is my favorite! My coffee is always prepared perfectly and the service is wonderful. Shout out to Jeanie! She always remembers my name and what I want.
