Steer clear of this dental practice. As others have reported, they upsell and make you endure unnecessary procedures for what can only be explained as financial gain. I dealt with one particularly nasty female dentist here and am happy to share her name in private message if you do find yourself stuck going here. You are better off looking like Jaws from James Bond than going here.

These guys were pretty awesome from the front desk up to the doctor. I went there for a general cleaning and it was probably the best dental cleaning I’ve ever heard. Felicita or (Felicia) was an amazing hygienist. She took her time and was very professional. I definitely know that I will come back as long as she is working there. Great service!

I think Dr. Prasand is a good dentist, he gave me affordable options as he was cleaning my teeth and checking for cavities, etc., However, some of his front desk staff is not honest. She gave me a quote after I told her to double check with my insurance and told me this is all that I would pay, and when my procedure was done I was billed stuff that the insurance didn’t cover. I paid way too much, and they almost sent me to collections bc I wouldn’t pay it. I had to pay a thousand dollars for something this front desk staff member told me would be covered by my insurance.

Very professional. One of the receptionist named Sam was particularly knowledgable and helpful. Felt very comfortable and welcomed throughout the entire visit.

They will charge you more than they tell you in addition they may do more than what you need. Its wiser to get a second opinion.

Went for a dental checkup and cleaning and they force me to take xrays because the doctor wont examine without those (and also be cause they are covered by my insurance).
Next they recommend me a deep cleaning– when all I am asking for is a regular annual cleaning, and they say they wont do a regular cleaning for me– why?
Another example why its so difficult to have faith in dentists!

I have been going there for a few years now and I am always greeted with a smile! They get me in and out quickly but do not rush me if I have questions. They offer additional services but are not pushy about them.
I followed Dr Arora from another office, so you know I like them.
My children feel comfortable there as well and that is important for me as a parent.
I do think that the night guard they make is great but pretty expensive compared to over the counter options but they will give you all the pros and cons of each option.

Absolutely love this dentist office and all the employees! Very friendly and helpful great with kids. I brought my daughter in today for her first checkup and she was so scared coming in but by the time we left she can’t wait to come back for her next visit!

I was very pleased of the service and care I received from Smilles of Naperville. I walked in and the room had a comfortable atmosphere. The dental assistant guided me into one of the rooms and the first thing I noticed was hoe clean it was!!! Obviously its something you would expect in a dental clinic but I felt that the place was a lot cleaner than some of the other clinics I’ve been to. The dentist who pulled my teeth was silent most of the time but he did his job pretty well. I’m not a big fan of needles but it was relatively painless when I got the shots to numb my mouth. 4 of my teeth were pulled and it didn’t hurt a bit. I guess the anesthesia really helped but the dentist worked fast and I was out of there in no time. This clinic overall was pretty good, I would greatly consider this place to anyone looking for a decent check up, or when you need to get your premolars taken out.
