Unfortunately, I cannot upload the account upload the history for this account — otherwise I would. Fact of the matter is yuor office submitted 3 refunds to my wife and I. We repeatedly asked why the refunds were being made and did not cash any of the checks fro about a month — at that time, we called your office again and was told that there was an over payment and the refund checks were correct and duely issued. Them, at lesat 4 months later your office is asking for the refunds back? This is extrmely poor business on your back-office part. And, to add insult to injury, your office had the audacity to send the matter to collections. While you suggest you take due diligence in these matters, the fact still remains your office office made a gross error — not I. To hold me accontable for this months after the fact is extremely unprofessional and unethical. Take your loss as a key learning experience. I do not desire to play this out in public, but your office left me no alernative and I beleive that others that are considering your practice need to understnad the vulnerability that may exist with your back-office. It’s ashamed as all three of my children(one of which was in expanders and braces — the other the just braces) enjoyed the treatment which was done with extreme kindness and professionalism — I am not upset with the work performed on my children, but am incensed with treatment and humiliation of being sent to a collection due to the ineffectiveness and potential incompetence of your back-office staff.
