Noodles Pho U

Great food. Really. Very good. BYOB is a plus as well. Date for two was under $ 35. Service was a bit questionable but that’s fairly expected with a restaurant of this genre. I’d come back. Smoothie to go to end the night.

Went to this place for lunch, food was OK, but what really disappointed me was how dirty it was. All the condiments on the tables had dried up globs on the caps and lids. The front door was caked with finger prints. Our tea cups had dried food on it. I was so turned off that by the time we got our meal, I couldn’t help think about what their kitchen must look like. The service was just mediocre. Will not be returning.

Best phở in town but the customer service is sub par. The man in the front likes to rush things especially making drinks. If you love the Hello Kitty, do not order it when he is up front. Everyone else makes it just fine.

Great food at a reasonable price. They should work on their smoothies though they are very bland. We usually order on the weekends and are told 45 minutes to an hour for delivery so make sure you keep this in mind.

The owners are very nice unfortunately that only goes so far. My phở was cold by the time it got to the table, the broth was bland, and the meat tasted freezer burned.

I order beef stew with French bread and shrimp roll quality was awesome, both my 2 other in law order beef phở, no problem, my sister and her friend ordered a shrimp and a catfish dish, problem 2 hrs later after lunch — so I don’t recommend sea food dish or catfish dish in this case

LOVE this place. The phở portions are huge and delicious. If you’re getting it to go, though, be sure to check for all of your goodies/​additions. They’ve forgotten the hot sauce, limes, etc. on several occasions. You need it all!

Really flavorful Phở and the Chinese style dishes are some of the best Chinese food I’ve had in Naperville.

I do NOT know how some people are giving this place a 5 star rating!!! I was not impressed at all. I stopped by here on a whim and I wanted to place a to go order. The lady behind the counter seemed annoyed at the fact that I didn’t want to dine in and I swear she was rushing me and my friend to make our orders. If you do not want people to place carry out orders then do not advertise a carry out option. She seemed like she was overwhelmed and couldn’t get anything to go right. Anyway I ordered the Thai spicy with shrimp and veggie fried rice. First they almost gave me the wrong order as I was walking out the door, the cook caught me and told me that it was wrong. I am glad that they corrected there mistakes because I would not have been too happy about that.
But when I finally got home to eat, I realized that they burnt my food and I was pissed about that. How do you serve someone burnt food and think that’s OK??? from the pieces that were not burnt, I think the flavors had gotten disturbed from the ones that were. I dont care for this place and I am sure I will never be back.

Not bad a for a place out in Naperville. This place has a lot going on its menu. Lets just a Chinese restaurant that serves decent Phở. Just don’t order the Bun Bo Hue here but the Phở was good.

So nice to have a vietnamese restaurant in Naperville. The spring rolls and 125 Phở were both yummy! The phở was a little more oily than i’m used to, but still good. Prices were reasonable and portions are good. Overall good and I would visit again.

I got a mango and coconut smoothie which was really good. I also ordered the Phở and my brother ordered a chicken dish. His came out in good time, but I waited for my Phở for at least 20 minutes after his dish came out. The phở was pretty good and they had a variety of options even for just phở on the menu.
My brother ordered an Aloe drink and waited 20 minutes for it, even though it was in the refrigerator (didn’t have to be made or anything, just brought to the table). Overall, my only real serious complaint is that the wait took too long for what we had ordered.

We ordered a lunch special lo mein for my daughter since it was less than $ 6.95. We didn’t know that they had given us a dinner dish until the check came to us and was charged $ 10.25. When my husband informed the man of the discrepancy, he said he couldn’t change it. Our original waitress was on a delivery, so she couldn’t vouch for her mistake which was unfair for us. We just paid without tip since we would have tipped the difference of the mistake. Time to look for another phở establishment with better customer service.

Always a great time. The owner is extremely hospitable and the bubble tea they provide is very well done. Cheerful staff and just a great atmosphere to dine in.

ive been here a few x’s and had different dishes (the only consistent thing ive had was the thai iced tea) and EVERYTHING was AMAZING!!!

I love this place! I eat here often. My favorite is the Thai Tom Yum Noodle bowl. I also love their Pad Thai Noodles with chicken or shrimp.

I like this place. I eat clean organic foods and have never had a problem digesting it and it it quite flavorful. The qualiity and service here are completely proportional to the price. If you want Donald Trump service, then go to a major metropolitan area
and pay $ 100 a plate. To all of the haters of this restaurant and all of the one star
people, all I have to say is that you obviously don’t own your own business or
have a clue what it takes to be perfect day in and day out. I’m not in the food
business myself but I think they do a pretty darn good job. Enjoy this place
and be nice to these people. They are trying to help you and serve you good food.

Disappointed to say the least. 6pm Ordered delivery and on the bright side it was quick. However in my honest opinion not authentic or delicious. I ordered potstickers which look like the potstickers from Trader Joe’s that I could’ve fried myself. I ordered Pad Thai and the noodles were not the type of noodles that are used for Pad Thai. The flavor was not very good either. Wanted to try their shrimp egg foo young… Big mistake. I open the box and it was a brown black something. I thought to myself well maybe it’s a different sauce that’ll taste good??? No… It truly was what I thought it was at first glance… It was BURNT and tasted BURNT … terrible. WHO delivers charrd food and expects The customer to eat charrd?
6;56 pm Called and asked for a refund at least for the shrimp egg foo yong… They said they would come and bring me my cash. We will see if they keep their word & send my money back with the driver.
7:40 pm received a call stating they can’t get their driver over here tonight to give me my refund but they will send the driver tomorrow. Asked that they leave the money by the door… Let’s see if they keep their word.

Absolutely terrible customer service. Waited for 45 minutes after pick up time and food still was not ready. The woman yelled at me that she was busy and refused to take calls. No way to run a business.
My order was placed online so it should have been ready to be picked up, but no.

Good food! Had the chicken vermicelli bowl and the pork belly rolls. Very tasty with good flavors!
