They were 30 minutes late to unlock my car. I told them the problem on the phone before hand, yet when they got there they said there was no way to help. I asked if he’d heard the two times I told him the problem on the phone and he said no he couldn’t hear me so he just acquiesced. Also, after doing nothing, being late, and not listening, he asked for a $ 25 service fee.
Not very professional and not helpful at all.

These guys couldn’t rekey a lock to save their own lives. They’re not locksmiths — not even competent handymen. Don’t let them in your house! My wife contacted them to rekey our entry door locks. First of all it took them a week to finally show up when they said they would. Instead of rekeying they swapped out all of our hardware with cheap $ 15 (non-​matching) locks and charged her $ 500 for 5 locks. My 80 year old mother could have done a better job for under $ 100. The address on their website doesn’t even exist and the telephone obviously goes to an answering service. It wouldn’t surprise me if they were operating under several alias in the area. Naperville beware! Check your references.
