Kramer Photographers Weddings & Fine Portraits

My husband and I could not of made a better choice picking Kramer Photographers for our wedding. We got such a wide variety of pictures, so much bang for our buck. The photographer was so pleasant and captured the moments that really made our day. Highly recommend!

We looked a long time to find the right photographer for our June wedding and finally found Kramer through word of mouth. Andrew was our photographer and he did a great job directing us and our bridal party around downtown Naperville. Our album and photographs turned out beautiful. A little pricey, fairly traditional photography style but that’s what we wanted so it was worth it.

We hired Kramer photographers thinking we were hiring the best. The photographer that showed up was nice enough, but missed key photos, such as our wedding party photo. We were escorted to a gazebo to take photos in front of a trellis. Half way through the pictures, I realized the trellis was very crooked and had dead flowers hanging from it. I was shocked the photographer took photos there, when our trellis was beautifully decorated… and not crooked. Sadly, we are not using the bulk of our wedding photos taken there. When the DVD of the photos arrived, relatively quickly, there were over 400 photos to comb through. Clearly the batch had not been edited. Most of the photos were overexposed, and anyone wearing white was glowing (including me, the bride.) I called Kramer, looking to have the batch re-​edited and spoke with Andrew. After explaining my concerns, he was dismissive and hostile. He refused to re-​edit the DVD as it would «take him several hours.» Most of my photos look like I have white raccoon eyes. I’m guessing this has something to do with the flash setting. Luckily, my friends took many photos with their cameras and iPhones, so I have some photos to print. As of today, Kramer has not re-​edited my DVD. The wedding was June, 2014 and I have not printed a single picture. Our venue was at Meson Sabika, and our photos should have been breathtaking. I understand that sometimes photos don’t turn out, but the customer service that followed was shameful. I will update this post if they take the time to re-​edit this DVD and make it right.

We hired Kramer for our 2013 October wedding. Best decision ever. Andrew was our photographer and he was amazing! Punctual, professional, and really captured some amazing moments. I did tons of research for my photographer and Kramer was an amazing deal. For anyone planning a special event I highly recommend Kramer. You will not be disappointed!

LOVE this photography business! We hired them to do our prom photos back in the day and I still have the pictures to remind me (nostalgically) of what a great time we had.
The photographers were professional and funny, making even the most awkward blind date poses a breeze, and the pictures turned out beautiful to boot. I’d use Kramer Photographers again in a second.
