I hope I’m allowed to post with no stars. These people are the worst. Irresponsible, incompetent, unpleasant and unhelpful. Their only saving grace is that they sent s wonderful physical therapist and a wonderful occupational therapist. I’m sure it was an accident. Stay away. Far away from this agency.

I’ve needed homecare services in the past for cancer treatments. Somewhat unsatisfied with the agency I was working with, I decided to take a chance with Greatland Home Health Services when it came to my hip replacement aftercare. What a difference! The nurse they assigned me, Senait, was always prompt, gracious, friendly, and caring. The physical therapist, Jeff, was knowledgeable, fun, and patient. Both were very personable. I only dealt with the administration once, but I encountered no issues with them. They were courteous and answered any questions I may have had.
Hopefully I’m never going to need homecare assistance ever again, but if I do, I’m going back to these guys.
