Edward-Elmhurst Health Center – 95th Street

I’ve been coming to the Edward Healthcare Center for my general healthcare needs for as long as I can remember. I typically always see Jennifer Chludzinski (APN) and she’s fantastic. She’s very knowledgeable, informative, and easy to talk to. I truly feel like I can ask her anything and she always has my best interest in mind. The other nurses I’ve come in contact with have also been very sweet and welcoming.
I will say that they run a tight ship over at Edward’s. They seem to always be busy, so make sure to be on time for your appointments! If you’re late they most likely will not have time to squeeze you in. The facility itself is very nice inside. The waiting room is large and offers pretty comfy chairs, TVs, and magazines. The staff is very good at making it a point to keep your contact information and insurance info up to date. My favorite part is that they set you up with a special account so you can access all of your health information online!
Solid choice if you live in the area and are looking for a healthcare provider.
