I hate coming to places like this but I was in a hurry and this was in route… Went in for a coffee and bagel, I was handed a complete wrong order and when I mentioned it was wrong the rude older Indian lady acted as if I was I inconveniencing her… I’m sorry your job is so hard hunny. Let’s try again, B A G E L? she basically threw it at me when I got it. Thanks guys, for reminding me while I avoid these places

This’s my favorite DD location!
The ladies and other worker so nice, and I always have my order right.
Only thing that I didn’t give the 5 stars is their Machine is down very often, and you can use your DD perks for rewards!

I work across across the street from a different dunkin donuts up the street, but I choose to come to this one because my order is always right and taste great! Vanita and sudha are very friendly. Love this place.

For some odd reason, my DDPerks card wouldn’t work at this location. How am I supposed to get my medium decaf latte post workout? I will stick to the NY Ave location and the location at Eola and Indian Trail. Much better customer service and for some reason better tasting coffee!

I go to this location purely out of convenience. Usually in the morning. While the women who work there are generally pleasant, they rarely get my order right. Its a good thing I like most of the menu because if you correct them, they are no longer pleasant. I usually just take whatever they give me and hope for the best. I find the mistakes are made usually when there is a line and they try to ask me what I want while they are making someone else’s order. It may speed up the process, but disapointing when the order comes out wrong.

This is one of my fave DD’s. Mostly because I think the ladies that work here are awesome! They usually make my day a little better even BEFORE my coffee! *gasp!* That’s hard to do.
